1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open at 12:01AM on 16/07/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 26/08/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
5. A participating store is any in-store and online Liquorland, Liquorland Warehouse, Liquorland Cellars, First Choice Liquor and Vintage Cellars store located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays advertising material relating to this promotion during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Store”).
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $25 or more in a single transaction on any Jack Daniel’s products (“Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”) during the Promotional Period. In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such materials.
7. To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit online and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, full mailing address, phone number and email), upload a copy of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form. Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are a provisional instant winner. Each entrant has a 1 in 4 chance of winning an instant prize.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent in excess of $25 in that transaction); (b) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted; (c) maximum of ten (10) entries per person; and (d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift cards and vouchers are not included. Any unused balance of the gift cards and vouchers will not be awarded as cash. 20. Ancillary costs associated with redeeming an Uber Eats Voucher are not included. Each Uber Eats Voucher is single use. Any unused balance of an Uber Eats Voucher will not be awarded as cash or credits (including for any further Uber purchase). Redemption of an Uber Eats Voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer. To redeem an Uber Eats Voucher, the Uber Eats Voucher code must be applied to the wallet section of the Uber Eats App prior to requesting a service. If you are eligible to receive multiple Uber Eats Vouchers, your first voucher must be used before the second voucher can be loaded to your Uber Eats account; and so forth. Uber Eats Voucher(s) are valid from the issue date and expire 2 weeks from date of issue.
21. Uber Eats Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Taxes, fees, and tips will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Eats Voucher is greater than the total order amount. Uber Eats Vouchers are only redeemable for orders placed via the Uber Eats app within Australian cities where Uber Eats is available. Once redeemed, the value of an Uber Eats Voucher is not transferable to any other Uber Eats accounts. Neither Uber Pacific Pty Ltd (or its affiliates) is liable if an Uber Eats Voucher or any portion of it is not used by the expiry date.
22. For customers who reside in a postcode deemed to be outside an Uber Eats service area, the Promoter will substitute your Uber Eats Voucher with an unlocked $25 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Digital Mastercard. The Uber Eats Voucher will not be awarded as cash or credits. See clause 19 above for Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Digital Mastercard terms and conditions.
23. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
24. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize (or that part of a prize) with a prize to the equal value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
25. Total prize pool value is up to $1,097,350.
26. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
27. A draw for any instant prizes that are won, but remain unclaimed, may take place at Roilti, Suite 51A/23 Norton St, Leichhardt NSW 2040 on 2 October 2025 at 11:00AM AEST, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. 29. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify the prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
30. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
31. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
32. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
33. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
34. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool that are won but remain unclaimed will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.
35. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of a prize.
37. All promotion entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
38. By submitting their promotion entry and any accompanying material, entrants agree:
a. that all intellectual property rights associated with the promotion, including the brands associated with the promotion, are owned by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s affiliated parties, and entrants have no right to use any intellectual property associated with the promotion except in connection with the promotion
entry and accompanying material;
b. to assign to the Promoter any and all intellectual property rights associated with
the promotion entry and accompanying materials, with full title guarantee, such that the Promoter has the full and exclusive right to use, reproduce, or publish such promotion entry and accompanying materials; and
c. to waive all moral rights in and to their promotion entry and accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which entrants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the promotion occurs.
