TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER
This competition is conducted by Don't Dairy Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

2. ELIGIBILITY

    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
    Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The competition starts on 9th June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st July 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:
(a) Purchase any Don't Dairy can from a participating retailer (any store that sells our cans) during the Promotion Period.
(b) Keep the purchase receipt as proof of purchase (a photo of receipt is accepted).
(c) Visit Don't Dairy X Systm Surfboards (on this page) and complete the entry form, including full name, email, and proof of purchase details.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

    The winner will be drawn at random using a computer-generated selection process on 1st Aug 2025.
    The winner must provide a valid purchase receipt matching their entry details and be able to prove they are 18 years +.
    If the winner cannot provide proof of purchase within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn, and this process will continue until a valid winner is confirmed.
    The winner will be notified via email within 2 days of the draw.

6. PRIZE

The prize is a custom short board or fun board made in collaboration with the winner, with a maximum value of $900 AUD. The custom board will be designed to the winner's preferences but must adhere to the style and guidelines set by Systm Surfboards. The custom board may take 4-8 weeks to complete, depending on the specifications and availability of materials.
