2025 APEX CLUB OF GYMPIE BOAT RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is Gympie Music Muster Ltd of 2 Little Channon Street, Gympie QLD 4570 on
behalf of the Apex Club of Gympie, a not-for-profit community service organisation.
2. Raffle Period: Ticket sales will commence on Thursday 5th of June, 2025 via online entry
through the Gympie Music Muster Ltd website
www.muster.com.au. At 11:59pm AEST on
August 22nd,2025, online entry will be closed and tickets from August 23rd, 2025 will be
available at the Gympie Music Muster event at Amamoor Creek State Forest via purchase
through the Muster RFID wristband. Entries will close at 12:00pm AEST August 31st, 2025,
unless sold out prior.
3. Draw Details: The draw will take place at the Gympie Music Muster, on the Optus Hill Stage,
between 6.00pm and 6.15pm AEST on Sunday, August 31st, 2025.
4. Entry Eligibility:
a. The 2025 Apex Club of Gympie Tinny Raffle is open to residents of Australia aged 18
years and over.
b. The following are excluded from this competition:
i. Members of the Apex Club of Gympie,
ii. Gympie Music Muster Ltd Employees,
iii. Gympie Muster Ltd Board Members
iv. Anyone directly connected with the draw of the competition, this includes
immediate family members of the above.
c. Entrants must provided valid contact information at the time of ticket purchase.
d. The winner does not need to be present at the prize draw.
5. Ticketing:
a. Tickets are $10 each or five entries for $40.
b. A maximum of 3500 tickets will be sold.
6. By purchasing a 2025 Apex Club of Gympie Tinny Raffle ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Prize Details: 1st Prize

8. Prize Details: 2nd Prize
a. 2 x Adult 4-day tickets for the 2026 Gympie Music Muster. Value $1,080.00
9. Winner Notification
a. The winner will be announced at the draw and contacted via phone and/email within 2
business days of the draw.
b. The winner will also be published on the Apex Club of Gympie Facebook page.
10. Prize Collection:
a. The winner of the 2025 Apex Club of Gympie Tinny Raffle must collect their prize from
Watson’s Marine Centre, 52 Wickham Street Gympie Qld 4570 prior to September 31st,
2025.
b. Winner agrees to their image being used for marketing purposes and the
announcement of the prize.
11. Prize does NOT include insurance, or any costs associated with the collection of the prize. The
winner is responsible for arranging insurance prior to collecting the Apex/Watson Prize.
Alternatively, Watson Marine can organize insurance in house upon collection at the winner’s
expense.
12. All taxes (ex GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole
responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner may wish to seek independent financial
advice as to any tax implications arising as a result of wining the prize. Costs and expenses
associated with taking possession of the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner,
including, but are not limited to, taxes, vehicle and third-party insurance, operating costs, parts,
servicing, dealer delivery, and all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred as a direct or
indirect result of receiving the prize.
13. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any attempt to resell or
auction all or any part of this prize prior to collection will result in an immediate cancellation of
the prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the prize winner does not complete an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will
be forfeited by the prize winner without any replacement for their value.
14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and

conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, epidemic, war, civil or
military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or
regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter is not
responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third connected with this
competition.
15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a prize winner (including photographs, film and/or recording of the same) in any media
for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition
(including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the promoter.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with
Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the
Gympie Music Muster and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in
conjunction with the Muster’s privacy policy.
17. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence with be entered into.
