Entry into The Ultimate Footy Finals Experience Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below and the Privacy Policy (see clause 10).
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The promotion starts at 9am AEST on 1 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 7 September 2025 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won. The Ultimate Footy Finals Experience includes:
2 x Diamond Tickets to the 2025 NRL Grand Final in Sydney on 5 October 2025
Return economy class flights for 2 people from the winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney
2 nights' accommodation (at a 4-star Sydney CBD hotel)
Total maximum prize value: less than AUD 5,000 (including GST) subject to travel costs from the winner’s location. The estimated prize value will be based on recommended retail prices (RRP) at the time of the commencement of the Competition (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in the prize value between now and the end of the time which the prize is redeemed.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, excluding:
Employees, and their immediate families (immediate family means spouse/partner, child or step-child (natural or by adoption), parent, or sibling), of the Promoter and its associated brands and companies connected with this Competition.
Residents of Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must purchase any retail product (excluding services, vouchers or gift cards) from Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop in-store or online during the Promotion Period.
Participants will automatically be entered into the Competition at the point of sale and will be assigned a unique number in the Promoter’s CRM system.
Customers who purchase any American Crew product will receive two entries per product purchased. All other retail products are limited to one (1) entry per product purchased.
There are no additional costs to enter the Competition and retail products are sold at market value.
6. Prize Conditions
The winner and guest must be available to travel on the specified dates.
Flights and accommodation are subject to availability and Promoter discretion.
The winner and guest must comply with all ticket conditions and event regulations.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes to event scheduling or travel disruptions.
7. Draw and Winner Notification
The prize draw will take place at 10am AEST on 10 September 2025 at Unit 4, 21 Lomandra Place Coolum Beach, 4573.
The draw is a game of chance and will be conducted via a digital random number generator to select the winner by reference to their unique number assigned to them by the Promoter’s CRM system.
The winner will be notified by email and phone within 24 hours of the draw using the contact details on the Promoter’s CRM system.
The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to locate and deliver the prize to the winner.
The name and postcode of the winner will be published on the Promoter’s website within 48 hours of the Draw and will remain visible for no more than seven days from the date they are published.
Should an entrant's contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the prize is unclaimed by the date which is 3 months form the date of the Draw, a redraw will take place at the same location and manner as the original draw. The new winner will be notified as above.
9. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter may verify the eligibility of entries and entrants (including ID and proof of residency).
Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identity and residency, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter or the Competition in entering this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (e.g., travel providers). The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at

In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner consents to being identified as the winner of the prize and to having their name, image and/or voice (or likeness), as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize and in the Competition, to appear in connection with the Promoter, or the advertising or marketing of the Competition or prize, or in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to the winner (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, statute or otherwise) for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever (including consequential, indirect, incidental or special loss or damage) arising from or in connection with the use of the winner’s details pursuant to the consents under these terms.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies are not liable for:
Any loss or damage incurred in connection with the promotion or prize
Any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind associated with participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize, or participation in, or any aspect of, the prize.
Any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of flights, accommodation, or the event
Any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries
· Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.
· If applicable, any tax implications arising from prize winnings (seek independent advice.
· Any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition.
To remove doubt these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit consumer guarantees or other requirements provided in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and similar state or territory legislation. Each winner acknowledges that they have been warned that there is a possibility of an accident-causing injury, death or property damage in accepting the prize.
12. Permits
· The Promoter is not required to hold any permits for this trade promotion.
· Residents of any Australian States or Territories, or other jurisdictions, where a permit is required are excluded from participating in this Competition.
13. General
· The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if required by law or due to circumstances beyond its control.
· If the Competition is not able to run as planned for any reason, including due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which have the effect of affecting or corrupting affect the security, administration or integrity of this Competition (Interference), then in relation to the Interference the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any direction given under any State Regulation
· All entries, including any copyright in the entries, become the property of the Promoter.
· The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
