I emailed them on the weekend and on tuesday received some nice cookbooks and  a gravy sample.  Lovely books!!! thanx guys for the tips..

Wow what an awesome pack they sent out.  I got a Gravox Recipe Book.  Tandaco Recipe Book, Saxa Salt Recipe Book and a lamb and rosemary gravy sample.

I have never sent an email requesting samples before.
So I've put here what I sent.
If anyone sees that I've put something wrong or have any advice I'd love to here your opinions.
At the end of the email I put my full name address phone number and email.
After reading all your posts I hope they send me something , you've all made me feel very hungry , !!!   Smile

I got an email back saying that if I join their "consumer pannel" then I will be sent pamphlets and occassionally surveys.
The catch - you have to complete surveys by mail and by PHONE. I hate phone surveys, so decided not to join.

I dont know if this is still running, i havent received anything from them for over a year, neither have my parents and my inlaws tried and never received anything at all!

i can confirm this is still running as i emailed them a little while ago about a problem with a comp..and in the return email thanking me they asked if i would like to join..and i received a great pack with a couple of recipe books and an insulated mug...
