LHL Referral Program
Refer a friend or family to Legal Home Loans before 30th September, and you will be in the draw to win a Qantas flight voucher valued at $1000 to spend on your next getaway! You are eligible to have unlimited entries, 1 entry per referral.
The Legal Home Loans Referral Campaign (“the Program”) allows our existing clients to refer a friends or family. You may have unlimited entries, 1 entry per referral. You will be placed in the draw to win your choice of a Qantas flight voucher valued at $1000. The winner will be selected at random.
Definitions:
“Voucher” is a Qantas voucher to use for flights booked via the Qantas website.
“Referral” is one per transaction and must be a new client to Legal Home Loans. In the instance of joint applications, only one referral applies.
Term and Conditions*
The Promoter is AMJ Financial PTY LTD (trading as Legal Home Loans) of Level 6, 1 Castlereagh St, Sydney, NSW 2000.
You may make multiple entries by referring multiple contacts. 1 entry per referral regardless of how many times they contact us.
The referee must contact Legal Home Loans between 1st July 2025 to 30th September 2025 for a valid entry.
You may refer the party directly to Legal Home Loans or have them mention your name.
The referee is not required to be a legal professional to be a valid entry and may be any friend, colleague, or family member of an existing Legal Home Loans client.
Referrals made by referral partners or employees are not eligible to enter the ‘Program’.
Existing client’s own mortgage loans are not eligible for the ‘Program’.
The ‘Program’ is only applicable to Australian customers currently residing within NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS or ACT.
You will be entered into the draw upon Legal Home Loans receiving the referral enquiry.
This is a game of chance with a limit of one winner of the prize selected via a random draw at the Promoters’ premises upon completion of the campaign.
The prize winner will be contacted by 13th October 2025 via email. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner and deliver the prize. However, if the prize is not claimed within 30 days of contact by way of response, it will be redrawn, and the winner of an unclaimed prize will be notified via email.
The prize will be provided via email voucher to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and is not redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
Referral limitations
You must only forward the email to friends and family who have consented. You must not ‘spam’ recipients with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Referral links must not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
