To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any Darrell Lea product (“Eligible Product”) from any retail store within Australia displaying
promotional material (including online) ("Participating Venues"); and
b) visit
www.dleayearofgroceries.com.au follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and phone number) and proof of purchase of the Eligible Product (scanned copy or photo of receipt).
The instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification. All entries will be entered into the major prize draw.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a scanned copy or photograph of the receipt for the purchase of the Eligible Product.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
By completing the online entry form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following:
(a) limit one (1) entry per transaction purchasing an Eligible Product;
(b) limit five (5) entries permitted per person per day; and
(c) maximum three (3) instant prizes per person (excludes SA residents).
Major Prize Draw:
• The draw will take place at Hive Marketing Group Pty Ltd, 222/117 Old Pittwater Rd,
Brookvale NSW 2100, Australia at 12:00 pm AEDT on 03/11/25 using computerised random selection.
• The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Major Draw Prize specified below.
• The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
• If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the
same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
Instant Win:
• The instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to
validation in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
• All prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured unless:
(a) the entry would be otherwise ineligible under these Conditions of Entry; or
(b) the prize claim exceeds the advertised prize pool as a result of fraud.
• Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
• Proof of Purchase for Eligible Products will be void, and the corresponding entry deemed
ineligible, if stolen, forged or tampered with in any way.
Total Prize Pool:
AUD $115,000.00
Major Draw Prize: The prize is a year’s worth of groceries, with a value determined by the Promoter as $15,000 (calculated based on research of the average customer’s total supermarket spend across 52 weeks and awarded as $15,000 worth of gift card(s) to the grocery retailer of the winner’s choice). AUD$15,000.00.
Instant Prize: The prize is a $100 direct deposit into the winner’s Australian bank account via PrizePay.
Winner notification:
The Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to validation in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Major Draw Prize winner will be contacted by email and phone and will be published at dleayearofgroceries.com.au within 5 business days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes:
The Major Draw Prize must be claimed by 04/12/25 at 12:00 pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 05/12/25 at 12:00 pm AEDT at Hive Marketing Group Pty Ltd, 222/117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100, Australia. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email and phone and will be published at dleayearofgroceries.com.au within 5 business days of the redraw.
If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at dleayearofgroceries.com.au
