EHP Labs Hydreau Giveaway
1. What's Included in the Giveaway
The prize consists of one EHP Labs Hydreau Mini Fridge and $500 worth of Hydreau drinks. The drinks component will be supplied as a $50 digital voucher each month for ten months, with each voucher redeemable for one case of Hydreau drinks. A free shipping code will also be provided with each monthly voucher. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
2. Entry Period
Entries open on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 and close on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Winner Selection & Draw Date
The giveaway will be drawn on Thursday, 2 October 2025. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office.
4. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email and phone on Thursday, 2 October 2025 using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
5. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, franchisees, agents, and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
6. Prize Conditions
Monthly vouchers are valid for Hydreau drinks only and cannot be exchanged for any other products, cash, or store credit. Each $50 voucher must be redeemed within the allocated month, as unused vouchers will expire. Free shipping codes are valid only when used in conjunction with Hydreau voucher redemptions. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired vouchers once issued to the winner.
7. General Conditions
By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
By entering, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for future marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available on the ASN website.
