Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (terms). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.
Any cost associated with accessing the Promotion Website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Participating Store A participating store is any Cellarbrations, IGA Liquor, The Bottle-O, Thirsty Camel (excluding VIC and WA) or Porters Liquor store nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion (each a “Participating Store”). For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating Store are also eligible.
Promotional Period The Promotion commences on 08/09/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 19/10/2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
Eligible Entrants Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry
To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
spend $20 or more in a single transaction on any Wild Turkey product/s from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”);
visit the Promotion Website and follow the prompts to the entry page;
input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address, and state/territory of residence);
agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
Submit the fully completed online entry form.
Once submitted, individuals will be prompted to tap the screen to spin the digital wheel. Each entrant will then be notified instantly onscreen whether or not they are an instant winner and if so how to claim their prize. Each entrant that has won an instant prize must claim their prize by 11.59pm AEDST on 18/11/2025. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
are received outside the Promotional Period;
contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
are incomplete or indecipherable; or
do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
Only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of the amount spent on Wild Turkey products in excess of $20. Each entry must be submitted separately. A maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted.
Each receipt can only be used once. Any receipt sharing will result in entries using that receipt being deemed invalid for any prize win. As per clause 2 above, entrants will be required to provide valid receipts for every entry submitted, not just winning entries. Failure to do so may result in all entries submitted by that entrant, invalid.
Instant Prizes
The following prizes are available to be won instantly during the Promotional Period:
10 x $1,000 cash (“Major Prize”);
299 x $100 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard;
536 x $50 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard;
9165 x $20 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard; and
Any ACT winners or SA winners of an instant prize will have their names (first initial, surname and postcode) published each Tuesday online at
https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ with the first publication on 09/09/2025 and the last publication on 21/10/2025.
Total value of instant win prizes is $250,000.
For clarity the instant win Major Prizes of 10x $1k cash are guaranteed. Guaranteed prizes will be allocated open time stamps where the first entry on or after the time stamp will be awarded the prize. All other instant win prize winners will be determined based on the time of entry being submitted during a predetermined “Winning Moment”. Winning Moments will be predetermined during the Promotional Period. The first entry received during a Winning Moment will be instantly awarded a prize. If no entry is received during the Winning Moment, the prize will not be awarded.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard (“the Card”) are not included. The Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Card any unused balance will be forfeited. Winners will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in their digital wallet. The Card is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 (“EML”) and distributed by Vault Payment Solutions Group Pty Ltd, ABN 66 632 373 105 (“Vault”). See

The card is issued in AUD and can only be awarded via SMS to a valid Australian mobile phone number. The prize can be used in-store once added to an NFC enabled mobile phone digital ‘wallet’ (Australian accounts of Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay) at contactless point of sale terminals.
Unclaimed Prizes
The Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw for any prize that is won but remains unclaimed, or any unclaimed Major Prize, on 21/11/2025 at 11:00am AEDST at Greeneagle Fulfilment & Distribution, 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212, by way of a random draw (“Re-draw”), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing within seven (7) days of the Re-draw. Any ACT winners or SA winner of a prize will have their details (first initial, surname and postcode) published at
https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ on 26/11/2025. Winner(s) of Re-drawn prizes must claim their prize within one (1) month of the Re-draw.
General
The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
Total prize pool value is up to $250,000.
All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute a prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Privacy
The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.wildturkeybourbon.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may also use Eligible Entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any entrant. Eligible Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion Eligible Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
Miscellaneous
The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au).
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify a prize, as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the prize;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant;
any variation in prize value to that state in these terms; and/or
any damage to or delay in transit of the prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
