● The draw to determine the participant in the Game will take place at Hive Marketing Group Pty Ltd
(Draw Conductor), Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100 at 12:00 pm AEDT on
07/01/26 using computerised random selection.
● The first valid entry drawn (Participant) will win the opportunity to play a contingency game
(Game) for the chance to win AU$1,000,000.
● The Participant will be contacted by the Promoter using their Style Society contact details by
5:00pm AEDT on 09/01/26. The Participant must respond to Promoter confirming their full name
and a valid mobile phone number by 5:00pm AEDT on 23/01/26 (Notice Period). If the Participant
does not respond within the Notice Period, they will forfeit the opportunity to play the Game and
the Promoter reserves the right to instruct the Draw Conductor to conduct an Unclaimed Prize
Draw to determine another participant.
● The Participant will also be awarded with an AU$2,000 allowance to put towards travel,
accommodation and transfers to the Game Location (at their own discretion) if they do not reside
within 200kms of the Game Location (defined below). If the Participant resides within 200kms of
the Game Location, the Promoter will provide an AU$500 allowance to put towards transfers to the
Game Location. The AU$2,000/AU$500 allowance will be paid by direct deposit to the Participant’s
bank account. The Participant must provide their Australian bank account details to the Promoter
for the travel allowance and prize to be awarded.
● The Draw Conductor will select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is
drawn or a re-draw is required to be conducted.
● The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request.
Game Details: • The Game will take place at Hairhouse Chadstone, Shop G099, Ground Level/1341 Dandenong Rd,
Chadstone VIC 3148 (Game Location) at 7:00pm AEDT on 28/01/26. In the event that the original
drawn participant does not accept their prize by the Notice Period, a new time and date of the
Game will then be determined by the Promoter and will be communicated to the subsequent
drawn participant.
• If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age
to play the Game on their behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice
to that effect at least 48 hours before the start of the Game. If the Promoter has not been able to
contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the
Game on the Participant’s behalf.
• The Participant/proxy/representative (as the case may be, as outlined above) will be referred to as
the ‘Attendee’ for the purpose of the Game and these Conditions of Entry.
• There will be twenty (20) envelopes on display at the start of the Game, each numbered one (1)
through to twenty (20). Two (2) envelopes will contain a promotional message representing the
GRAND winning symbol. The other eighteen (18) envelopes will each contain a promotional
message representing the MINOR prize-winning symbol.
• The Attendee will be required to advise the Promoter of two (2) numbers between one (1) and
twenty (20). A representative of the Promoter will then select the two (2) envelopes bearing those
numbers chosen by the Attendee and open them on their behalf. If there is any dispute as to the
numbers selected by the Attendee, the Promoter’s decision in this regard will be final. If the
Attendee is found to have breached any conditions for playing the Game or participating in this
Promotion, they (or their proxy, if applicable) may be disqualified by the Promoter.
o Outcome 1: If the Attendee selects the two envelopes containing promotional messages
representing the GRAND winning symbols, subject to verification by the judges, the
Attendee will win AU$1,000,000 (Major Prize).
o Outcome 2: If the Attendee selects one (1) envelope containing a promotional message
representing one GRAND winning symbol and selects one envelope containing a
promotional message representing one MINOR prize-winning symbol, subject to
verification by the judges, the Attendee will win AU$20,000 (Minor Prize).
o Outcome 3: If the Attendee selects two (2) envelopes containing a promotional message
representing two (2) MINOR prize-winning symbols, subject to verification by the judges,
the Attendee will receive AU$10,000 (Consolation Prize).
• Only one (1) prize (being either the Major Prize, Minor Prize or Consolation Prize) will be awarded
to the Attendee, depending on their result in the Game. For example, if the Attendee wins the
Minor Prize in the Game, then the Major Prize and the Consolation Prize will NOT be awarded. The
prize will be awarded to the Attendee via bank transfer to an Australian bank account in the
Attendee’s name within 20 business days of the Game.
• A Loss Adjuster may be present at the draw and the Game to ensure the draw and Game are
conducted as per these Conditions of Entry. If the Major Prize is selected, the Loss Adjuster will
remove all envelopes and take them back for validation of the prize claim. If the Major Prize is not
selected, the Loss Adjuster will open a ‘Control Envelope’ which will reveal the winning envelope(s)
to the Attendee (to show that the Game was conducted in a fair and secure manner).
