Promotional Period

Eligible entrants
Permanent residents of Australia or over and who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).
Entry Method
To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1. Visit
www.todayshow.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, “Why do you
like to win a summer escape at The Star?”; and
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Maximum Entries
Only one (1) entry is permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period.
Winner Determination
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on 30/10/2025 at 10:05am AEDT. The Winner will be the entrant who has most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

The Winner will be notified by phone.
Prizes
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a trip for four (4) people to Brisbane, QLD valued at up to AUD$4,940 depending on the date and point of departure. Prize includes: 4 x return economy airfares from the Winner's nearest capital city to Brisbane QLD (only provided if the Winner resides 200 kms outside of Brisbane, QLD).
1 x nights' accommodation for four (4) people in two (2) River Suites at The
Star Grand, Brisbane QLD, including late check out;
Breakfast for four (4) people (at Sokyo at The Star Brisbane or In room dining at The Star Brisbane up to the value of $50 per person); and
2 x days' complimentary car parking for up to two (2) cars.
If the
include airfares and the airfare component of the Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Winner will instead receive 2 x days' complimentary car parking at The Star for up to two (2) cars.
Prize is subject to the Special Conditions.

Special Conditions
● A person is not entitled to win the Promotion if they are: (a) excluded (including an exclusion direction, an exclusion notice or a self-exclusion order) from a casino or premises operated by The Star Entertainment Group Limited (ABN 85 149 629 023) or its related entities including The Star Entertainment Brisbane Operations Pty Ltd (collectively, "The Star Group"); or (b) the subject of a Withdrawal of License from a casino or premises operated by The Star Group.
● Offer is available for stays from 10/11/2025 until 26/06/2026, however blackout dates apply. Black out dates include but not limited to 4/12/2025-6/12/2025, 14/12/2025, 18/12/2025, 27/12/2025, 03/01/2026, 24/01/2026-25/01/2026, 12/02/2026-14/02/2026, 20/02/2026-21/02/2026, 03/04/2026-06/04/2026, 24/04/2026-26/04/2026 and the NRL Magic Round in May 2026.
● Prize must be taken by at least two (2) people aged 18 years or over.
● Prize is subject to availability, change or cancellation by The Star.
● Cancellation of reservation must occur not less than 24 hrs prior to 2pm AEST on scheduled arrival date.
● Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, benefit, or discount including The Star Club Members' discount.
● A 0.8% service fee will apply to all credit card transactions. Late check out time is 12.00 pm.
● Complimentary daily breakfast is available per registered person, expires at the end of stay and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
● The flights are provided by a third party and that part of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. To the extent permitted by law the Prize Supplier accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, or any delay or failure relating to the prize.
