The Promoter CW Media PTY LTD ACN 606 548 298, ABN 43 913 252 975, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072, on behalf of the Chemist Warehouse and e-Pharmacy group (‘Promoter’). Terms of Entry Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEST on Thursday 30 October 2025 until 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 27 November 2025 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s website.
Entries outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. Entry is conditional upon buying one of the new David Beckham Fragrances Instinct 20th anniversary edition and one other fragrance in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse or Epharmacy in a single transaction and entering online via the above website. You must be able to provide proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused. By submitting an entry an entrant warrants it meets the eligibility requirements (Who May Enter) below and the entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions: only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and each purchase receipt number must evidence a single transaction as detailed in paragraph (2)(d) above. Who May Enter The Competition is open to Australian residents over 18 years of age. The Competition is not open to: Employees of the Promoter. Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition; Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and Any immediate family members of any of the above mentioned parties. Prize There will be one (1) major prize awarded. The major prize consists of: Two (2) premium seating tickets to attend a FIFA World Cup 2026 match; Official FIFA World Cup merchandise or gift cards for use at the official store; A travel voucher covering return economy international flights, accommodation and airport transfers to and from accommodation. any remaining funds from the $30,000 AUD prize pool after the allocation to match tickets, merchandise/gift cards, and travel voucher will be either transferred to the winner as spending money or provided to the winner as spending money in the form of prepaid gift card(s). The total prize pool is valued at up to $30,000 AUD, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The allocation of this total value across the various prize components will be determined by the Promoter. Prize conditions: Any travel expenses over and above including travel insurance and visa will be the responsibility of the winner. Any expenses over and above the included Prize value will be borne by the winner of the Competition. All elements of the prize are subject to availability at time of booking. The stated total prize pool value is an estimate only and is subject to change based on exchange rates, availability, and variations in supplier costs at the time of booking. The prize value is the recommended retail value (including GST) in Australian dollars as at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Travel is subject to availability and advance booking requirements. The winner is responsible for making all travel arrangements (including travel insurance), ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner (and their travelling companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The winner (and their travelling companion) will be responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. The selection of the specific FIFA World Cup 2026 match is subject to the Promoter's sole and absolute discretion and availability at the time of ticket purchase. The winner acknowledges that: the Promoter will determine which match the winner will attend based on ticket availability and other factors at the Promoter's discretion. the winner has no right to request or demand tickets to any specific match, venue, or country. the winner must be prepared to travel to whichever country the allocated match is located. match tickets are subject to FIFA's terms and conditions and official match schedules. match dates, times and venues are determined by FIFA and may be subject to change. The Prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. Any attempt to sell the Prize or attempt to exchange the Prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the Prize. The Promoter has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters. If tickets to an event or an experience are offered as a prize, the prize will be subject to the organiser’s terms. The Promoter is not liable for any cancellation or re-scheduling that may prevent prize fulfilment. The tickets to the event cannot be converted to cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or defaced. Tickets can only be used on the date(s) specified on the ticket. Travel vouchers may only be used with specified airlines, booking platforms or travel providers as determined by the voucher issuer. Once the prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the winner. If a voucher or gift card is offered as part of the prize, the prize will be subject to the issuer’s terms of use and are valid until the voucher or gift card expiry date stated on the voucher or gift card itself. The voucher or card cannot be converted to cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or defaced. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included in the prize. Any unused balance of a voucher will not be awarded as cash unless specified. The winner and their travelling companion travel at their own risk. If the winner cannot or will not travel to the allocated match destination due to visa refusal, passport issues, or personal circumstances, no alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered. Selecting the Winner The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm on Friday 28 November 2025. The Competition winners will be randomly selected by the digital team using random number generator software. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm. The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Friday 28 November 2025. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected. If the winner has not yet accepted their prize, they will be contacted again 7 days after the original draw. If within 30 days after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner (s), the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner and if not claimed/redeemed the prize will be redrawn. A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements. Unclaimed Prize If the Prize is unclaimed and the Promoter has made the decision not to award the Prize, the Promoter will re draw a Competition winner using random number generator software at 10.00am AEST on Monday 29 December 2025 at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish these details on the below websites from Monday 29 December 2025 by 5:00pm AEST. The re drawn Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm AEST on Monday 29 December 2025.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a Competition winner receiving a cash prize and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice. If, for GST purposes, this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
