Terms and Conditions
By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
This promotion is being run by Telstra Limited (ABN 64 086 174 781) of 400 George St Sydney NSW 2000. ("we", “us” or “our”).
Dates you need to know
The promotion starts at 10am AEDT on 4 November 2025 to 9am AEDT on 15 December 2025 ("promotion period").
The prize allocation will be determined by TPAL (randomdraws.com.au) computerised random draw system. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw will take place in the presence of an independent scrutineer on 16 December 2025 at 10am AEDT at Level 13/477 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000.
Winners will be notified by an email with the details of what prize they have won and how to claim it by 17 December 2025, and winners of prizes $250 and above will be published (the winner’s last name, first initial and state (postcode for SA)) on Telstra Plus competition hub by 17 December 2025.
Who can enter?
Entry to the promotion is open to all Australian residents who are Telstra customers, who have joined Telstra Plus and who are 18 years of age or older. Excludes enterprise and corporate accounts. Telstra employees who work with the Telstra Plus program and their agents, contractors and other companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How do you enter?
To enter you must, during the promotion period have an active Telstra account and:
join Telstra Plus and enter via Telstra Plus by filling in all the details required on the entry form (mobile number and email address) and choose the location of the event that you would like the chance to win tickets for OR
be an existing Telstra Plus member and enter via Telstra Plus by filling in all the details required on the entry form (mobile number and email address) and choose the location of the event that you would like the chance to win tickets for.
Only one entry per member will be accepted. Entries are accepted at the time of receipt by us.
Maximum of one prize awarded per member.
A customer may only join Telstra Plus once during the promotion period. If a customer leaves Telstra Plus and joins again during the promotion period, the membership will be ineligible to enter the promotion and deemed invalid to win a prize.
We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
The prize
The competition prize pool consists of 107 prizes. Prizes will take place on the dates as set out below, with the number of prizes.
Major prize
Major prize is available to 12 winners and will take place in Melbourne (6) and Sydney (6), location is randomly selected.
Suite tickets x 2 (valued at up to $800 incl GST):
$2,500 (incl GST) e-gift card for travel and accommodation to either Sydney or Melbourne
Total major prize pool is valued at up to $39,600 (incl GST).

Minor prize 2
Minor prize 2– Consists of x20 Ed Sheeran merchandise packs and is available to 20 winners. The packs are valued at up to $150 each:
Minor prize type 2 has a total value of up to $3,000 (incl GST).
The total prize pool value is up to $80,085 (incl. GST).
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
Dates for the prizes are as set for each event as provided by the event promoter and changes to times and dates is at their discretion for the tour. Tickets to events cannot be amended or extended. Winners will be randomly allocated to an event at their preferred location. Winners who do not accept these dates of allocated prizes will forfeit their prize.
Tickets are subject to standard ticket terms and conditions and are subject to change. The terms and conditions which apply for the use of the tickets at the time they are issued to the winner will prevail over these terms and conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
The major prize includes a $2,500 (inc GST) e-gift card that can be used towards flights and accommodation as location of prize will be selected at random between Sydney or Melbourne. Flights, accommodation, ground transfers or any other travel costs are not included in the minor prize. All other expenses become the responsibility of the winners.
All prizes from the advertised prize pool will be distributed through the current Telstra fulfilment process and winners email sent from Event Hub -
workflow@eventhub.com.au.
Unclaimed prize draw
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a winner does not redeem a prize or an element of the prize by 10am AEDT on 12 January 2026, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 13 January 2026, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The draw will be attended by an independent scrutineer (if required) and will take place at 11am AEDT at Level 13/477 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. Winners will be contacted via email within two business days of the draw. Winners of prizes $250 and above will be published (winner’s last name, first initial and state (postcode for SA)) on Telstra Plus Competition hub by 16 January 2026.
