To celebrate entries opening for our 2026 Education Competitions, we’re running Ekka’s Big Classroom Giveaway - giving you the chance to WIN a 2026 Ekka Excursion for your class valued at $900.
An Ekka Excursion immerses students in the world of agriculture and food production, with unique, hands-on learning experiences ranging from milling grain and sorting wool to meeting farmyard animals - and much more!
The excursion, for up to 30 students, will take place at the Brisbane Showgrounds on a day between 8–16 August 2026.
Teachers also receive a comprehensive Excursion Information Booklet with planning tips and supporting classroom resources, making it simple to prepare for an unforgettable day.
