Claims are only open to Queensland residents. Participants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to participate.
Robina Town Centre retail staff are not permitted to enter the promotion. Should a staff member attempt to claim a prize throughout the promotional period, the prize will be invalid and forfeited.
Item 10.
Eligibility Requirements
1.Participants must spend the threshold entry amount of $180 or more on the same day, throughout the promotional period to be eligible to enter the promotion.
2. Transactions may be combined to achieve the threshold amount of $180, as long as the purchases were made on the same day, and within the promotional period.
3. Receipts must be retained for proof of eligibility.
Item 11.
Claim Method
To claim a prize, the Participant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Spend a minimum of $180 or more at participating Robina Town Centre retailers. 2. Enter their details and associated spend via the dedicated webpage on the Robina Town Centre website, and upload correlating receipts.
Instant Prize Win Entries
1. If a participant is an instant prize winner, they must visit the redemption booth located outside Mecca to present receipts and choose their mystery prize.
Major Prize Draw
1. Participants that are not instant prize winners, will be entered into a second chance draw.
Only the first 1,577 valid instant prize claims received will each be awarded the gift outlined

Prize Description
Instant prize winners (1,740) will receive a mystery prize valued between $10 - $50. Major prize winners (2) will receive a $500 Robina Town Centre gift card each.
Exact inclusions in the pack will be determined by the Promoter.
Item 22.
Prize Restrictions
As per the below Terms and Conditions of the Competition unless the Gift is a cash gift the gift(s) are not redeemable for cash; The Gift(s) is/are not transferable; If the Gift is provided by a third party the Gift is subject to any conditions imposed by the relevant provider(s); The Gift may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Gift Provider; and The Gift is subject to availability and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers.
Where the Prize is a gift card, any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.
