1.Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter and redeem the prize. Employees (including Myer Team Members, Suppliers, Brand Partners and Contractors) of the Promoter and the Agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) 1/11/2025 and closes 11.59pm (AEST) 31/1/2026.

5. One entry per customer per month is permitted.
6. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. A valid entry will not be admitted to more than one monthly prize draw. The month a valid entry is received by the promoter defines which monthly prize draw it is admitted to. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction, or otherwise. 7. Draw date, time and address of draw: The prize draw will be held each month on the following dates a 2:00pm AEST at Suite 1604, 530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

The first ten valid entries randomly drawn each month, during the three-month promotion period, will win one $100 Myer egift card. The Promoter's decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
The total prize pool for the promotion is AUD$3,000.00 (30 x $100 Myer egift cards) over 3 months.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash. The value of the prizes is accurate at the commencement of this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the use of any Myer egift cards won. Each prize winner accepts all responsibility for the use of the Myer egift cards won and agrees to abide by the separate Terms and Conditions of use of the Myer egift card provided with the gift card instructions on delivery.

If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be disqualified and discarded, and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
