Exclusions: Employees of No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd, their immediate families, and any suppliers or agencies associated with this Promotion.
Starts at 00:00 AEST on 28 November 2025 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 30 November 2025 (the Entry Period).
To enter, customers must place any order through the Website during the Entry Period. Each eligible order = one (1) entry into the Promotion. Wholesale orders and international orders are excluded. There is no purchase minimum required beyond placing a valid order.
There is no maximum number of entries. Each eligible order placed during the Entry Period counts as one (1) separate entry.
This Promotion is a game of chance, and winners will be determined by a random draw. Four (4) winners will be drawn at 12:00 PM AEST on 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s business address. The draw will be conducted using a randomised method in line with Australian trade promotion best practices.
There are four (4) prizes in total.
Each prize consists of: One (1) RedBalloon Gift Card valued at $500 AUD.
Total prize pool value: $2,000 AUD (inclusive of GST).
No permit is required for this promotion. Prizes will be delivered to winners via email. RedBalloon Gift Cards are transferable. Once provided to winners, No Pong is not responsible for the use, redemption, or management of the gift cards. RedBalloon’s standard gift card terms apply.
Notification and Claim Period
Winners will be notified first via email within 3 business days of the draw. If contact via email is unsuccessful, the Promoter will attempt contact by phone. Winners’ details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on website and No Pong’s social media channels within 7 days of the prize draw. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw will occur at the same location and manner on 17 December 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST. This promotion may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms. Entrants understand they are providing their information to No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd and not to any social media platform. By entering the Promotion, winners consent to:
No Pong requesting a photo of themselves with their prize for promotional use; Providing such a photo to No Pong if reasonably requested; and No Pong using the winner’s image, name, likeness, state, statements, and any supplied photo on its website, social media channels, email marketing, and other promotional materials, without additional compensation.
If supplied, the winner warrants they own the rights to the image provided and that its use does not infringe the rights of any third party.
By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Prize must be taken as offered. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. If a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If an Entrant’s contact details change, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter.
Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for publishing winner details. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the winner’s name, likeness, image, statements and/or suburb for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
Risk and Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or accepting or using a Prize. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, subject to any directions from regulatory authorities. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
