WIN A $2000 CHRISTMAS HAMPER FROM, TREVORS CARPETS AND WOODPECKER FLOORING (COMPETITION)
Below are the terms and conditions for the Competition. By submitting an entry for the Competition, you agree to be
bound to these terms and conditions.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be
bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. The Organisers are TREVOR'S (1977) PTY LTD ABN 77 008 856 273 operating under the registered business
name Trevors Carpets of 12 Frobisher Street, Osborne Park, Western Australia.
1 COMPETITION PERIOD
(a) The Competition will commence on Monday, 1 December 2025 at 9:00AM Australian Western
Standard Time (AWST) and end on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 at 4:30PM AWST (Competition
Period).
(b) The draw of the winners will take place Tuesday, 23 December, 2025 at 4.45 PM AWST after the
Competition closes.
2 ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
(a) Entry is open to residents of Western Australia who are 18 years of age and over (Eligible Entrants).
(b) Only one entry per email address and or mobile phone number will be accepted.
(c) Directors, management and employees of the Organisers and their immediate family are not eligible to
enter the Competition. In addition, retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies engaged by or
related to the Competition are ineligible to enter.
(d) For the purposes of clause 2(c), “immediate family” includes a person’s spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-
siblings, or first cousin, whether or not they live in the same household.
(e) The Competition requires no purchase or payment to enter. However, Eligible Entrants are
responsible for all reasonable expenses to submit an entry.
3 SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRY CRITERIA AND VALID ENTRIES
(a) For the avoidance of doubt, the Competition is not a game of skill and chance entirely determines the
identity of the winner.
(b) Participating Locations: Entries can only be made by entering online. You must be a resident of
Western Australia to enter.
(c) Once the competition entry is successfully submitted and received by the Organisers, the entry will be
taken to have been officially submitted as a valid entry. Once an entry has been submitted, no
changes to or withdrawal of the entry will be permitted.
(d) The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the
opinion of the Organiser, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory
or defamatory statements, any content which infringes the rights of another person (including
intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or confidentiality), disqualify any entrant who tampers
with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions
or who has, in the sole opinion of the Organiser, engaged in conduct in relation to the Competition
which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, improper or generally damaging to the goodwill or
Australian Competitions Club
