“3D Printer Promotion” – Terms and Conditions (Game of Skill)
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is [Central Innovation Pty Ltd] (85 123 240 362) of BUILDING 2 'PYMBLE CORPORATE CENTRE', OFFICE 2 LEVEL 3, 20 BRIDGE STREET, PYMBLE NSW 2073 (Promoter).
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 20 December 2025 (Promotional Period).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:
place an order with the Promoter for any SOLIDWORKS product, or a MaXXlink or #Task product subscription where the order is placed at any time during the month of December 2025; and
ensure that the full amount payable for that order has been received in cleared funds in the Promoter’s nominated bank account on or before 20 December 2025.
3.2 Entrants must, at the time of entry:
be located in Australia or New Zealand; and
be aged 18 years or over; and
be able to receive delivery of the prize in January or February 2026, on a date reasonably determined by the Promoter.
3.3 Where an entrant is employed by, or otherwise represents, an organisation:
the entrant may receive the prize personally or may receive the prize on behalf of their organisation, as agreed between the entrant and their organisation. The Promoter is not responsible for any internal disputes relating to prize entitlement.
3.4 Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible customers must:
a) satisfy the eligibility criteria in clause 3; and
b) during the Promotional Period, tell the Promoter (either by email directly to the Promoter or by email to their Central Innovation sales representative) their answer to the following question:
“What’s the first thing you'd print with your own 3D printer?”
4.2 Only one entry is permitted per qualifying order. Multiple qualifying orders may result in multiple entries, but a single entrant can only win one prize (see clause 6.4).
4.3 By submitting an entry, entrants:
warrant that their response is their original work; and
acknowledge that their participation in the promotion constitutes consent to be contacted by the Promoter if they are selected as a winner, including for the purposes of interviews and related promotional activity.
4.4 This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
5. Judging and Selection of Winners
5.1 All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.
5.2 Entries will be judged on their answer to the promotional question:
“What’s the first thing you would print with your own 3D printer?”
with the best answers selected as winners. In determining the “best” answers, the judges may consider, at their discretion, factors including (without limitation):
Creativity and originality of the idea;
Relevance to the entrant’s business or personal context; and
Clarity and thoughtfulness of the response.
5.3 The two entries judged by the panel to be the best overall will each be declared a winner.
5.4 Judging will take place on or around 20–21 December 2025 at the Promoter’s offices (or another location determined by the Promoter).
5.5 The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
6.1 There are two (2) prizes to be won in total.
6.2 Each prize consists of one (1) Bambu Lab P2S + AMS 2 Pro Combo 3D Printer (Prize).
6.3 The total prize pool consists of 2 × Bambu Lab P2S + AMS 2 Pro Combo 3D Printers.
6.4 Each winner is entitled to receive one (1) Prize only, even if they have submitted multiple entries or placed multiple qualifying orders.
6.5 Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item, and are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
6.6 Prizes will be delivered to winners in January or February 2026, on dates reasonably determined by the Promoter. Delivery will only be made to addresses within Australia or New Zealand.
6.7 The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in delivery or for any damage incurred during delivery, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
7.1 The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details associated with their order and/or entry.
7.2 If, after making reasonable efforts, the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within [e.g. 5] business days of the initial notification, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
7.3 Winners will be announced and published on 22 December 2025 on the Promoter’s website and social media channels. The Promoter may publish each winner’s name and, where relevant, their organisation name.
8. Publicity, Interview and Content Use
8.1 By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if they are selected as a winner:
they may be interviewed by the Promoter about their business, their use of 3D printing and/or the Prize; and the Promoter may publish and use, without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law), their name, organisation name, competition response, interview content, photographs and/or video footage on the Promoter’s website, social media channels and in other marketing materials in connection with this promotion and the Promoter’s products and services.
8.2 Participation in the promotion therefore constitutes consent to the publicity and content use described in clause 8.1.
