Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions must also be read in conjunction with the PPQ Sales Terms and Conditions, viewable at PPQ.com.au/terms-conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of Queensland aged 15 years and over with a valid Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads CRN (Queensland driver licence number) and companies that hold a valid QLD CRN.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Competition commences at 5PM AEST on 17/12/2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 04/01/2026 ("Promotional Period").

Layby payments that are not finalised within the Promotional Period.
For the avoidance of doubt:
Payment can be made by via any payment method accepted by PPQ including gift vouchers (including payments that consist partially of a gift voucher). In any case, purchases must be paid for in full to be eligible;
Layby purchases of Eligible Personalised Plates that are finalised during the Promotional Period will be eligible. This includes layby purchases that were started prior to the Promotional Period and finalised during the Promotional Period.
Noting that the purchase of any Personalised Plate from PPQ is subject to moderation by PPQ before being issued, any Personalised Plates that are still in the moderation process as at the draw date will not be considered an Eligible Personalised Plate.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Personalised Plate purchased; (b) each Qualifying Purchase must be completed separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a limit of one (1) prize per person applies.
The draw will take place on Monday 05/01/2026 at 12PM AEST at Level 7, 25 King Street, Bowen Hills QLD 4006. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
The first valid entry drawn will win a $1,000 Prezzee eGift Card.
The second valid entry drawn will win a $750 Prezzee eGift Card.
The third valid entry drawn will win a $500 Prezzee eGift Card.
All prizes will be awarded to the individual who placed the Qualifying Purchase, regardless of whether that individual is the primary rightsholder of the relevant Eligible Personalised Plate or not.
The winners will be notified by phone call and email to the phone number and email address provided when the Qualifying Purchase was made within two (2) business days of the draw.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take or claim a prize by 11AM AEST on Monday 02/02/2026, then the Prize will be forfeited.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place at 12PM AEST on Monday 02/02/2026 at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prezzee eGift Card are not included. Any unused balance of a Prezzee eGift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Prezzee eGift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Prezzee eGift Card.
Entries/purchases that are incomplete or indecipherable, or not finalised during the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
In selecting a plate combination as part of the purchase process, plates cannot be deemed inappropriate. Obscene and inappropriate content includes but is not limited to:
Obscene or indecent combinations or captions.
Plates that are contrary to the public interest.
Plates likely to cause offence to a reasonable person.
Plates promoting unsafe, violent or harmful behaviour, particularly on the roads, and Plates referencing weapons.
Plates promoting illegal drugs or criminal activity.
Plates that are propagandistic, discriminatory, or could offend a reasonable person or members or citizens of a distinct culture or a particular religion, nation, race, or minority status.
Plates that could be considered offensive to Government Departments.
Plates including content that may be defamatory, in breach of any laws, regulations, rules, codes or otherwise objectionable in the absolute discretion of PPQ.
Plate Content that infringes, or potentially infringes, any third party’s rights including intellectual property rights and/or constitutes false or misleading representation of conduct and/or implies or falsely represents a connection with any third-party business.
Plates that create ambiguity in identification of a vehicle or enable mistaken recognition of a vehicle and/or its occupants.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
If any prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that prize (or part of that prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total Prize pool value is $2,250.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entrants consent to PPQ using their name, likeness, image, video, plate story and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by PPQ.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing any competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
any participation in the competition or any use of the prize.
The entrant agrees not to bring any claim or proceeding against PPQ (including its officers, employees, agents and Prize suppliers) for any damage, loss, injury or liability they may suffer in participating in this competition or otherwise connected with accepting and performing the prize.
As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation in the form required by PPQ and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form or liability waiver.
PPQ collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Participation in the competition is conditional on providing this PI. PPQ will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
https://www.ppq.com.au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in PPQ’s Privacy Policy, PPQ may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the individual. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how individuals may complain about a breach of applicable privacy legislation or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All submissions become the property of PPQ. Unless otherwise indicated by PPQ, PPQ may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Privacy Policy). By entering the competition, participants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by applicable privacy legislation and agree that PPQ is not liable in this regard.
