TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
1. Information on (a) how to enter; and (b) the Prize (as defined below), form part of the terms and conditions as set out herein ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this 'Mastercard AO26 Giveaway' promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion will begin at 5:00 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 19 December 2025 and will close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 6 January 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entrant Requirements.
4. Any person who enters the Promotion is an "Entrant". Valid entry to the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older ("Eligible Entrant(s)").
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter and shall not be deemed Eligible Entrants. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries (as defined below) and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the Entry (as defined below) process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
9. A condition of entering this Promotion, each Entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their Entry (which shall include Content (as defined below) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
10. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
11. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotion website is the Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. Prizes and Prize Redemption
17. This is a GAME OF SKILL and chance plays no part in determining the Promotion Winner (as defined below). The judging will be based solely on the Eligible Entrant's response to the Competition Question set out in clause 13(iii).
18. The winning Entries will be selected based on equal weighting and consideration of creativity, relevance to the promotion/question and authenticity within a reasonable time after the end of the Promotion Period by the Promoter ("Winner(s)").
19. One (1) Winner will be selected for the Grand Prize (as detailed below), along with eight (
additional Winners, determined in cascading order based on the judging criteria. The judges may select additional reserve Entries, and record them in order, in case of an invalid Entry or ineligible Entrant. The Winners will be notified via email.
20. Winner(s) will need to respond to the email confirming acceptance of the Prize within 24 hours of the email being sent to the Winner(s). If any Winner fails to confirm acceptance within 24 hours of the Promoter's email, the Winner will have deemed to have forfeited the Prize. If a Winner has forfeited or declined the Prize, the Promoter may offer the Prize to another reserve Winner in accordance with process set out herein.

22. The Grand Prize (Ultimate Men's Final Priceless Experience) includes:

• One (1) night accommodation at Grand Hyatt Melbourne for two (2) people on 1 February 2026;

23. The Tennis Ticket Prizes must be redeemed for the allocated session and cannot be exchanged for another session. Tennis Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. No substitutions will be permitted.

25. The total approximate value of the Prize pool is AU$12,734.
26. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. If for any reason a Winner does not take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter's decision shall be final. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the Winners and/or guests not taking advantage of the Prize due to health or any other reason.
28. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
29. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of a Prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of a Prize will result in the Prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize will be declared null and void.
30. The Prizes (unless specified otherwise) do not include any ancillary costs associated with taking each Prize including, but not limited to, any accommodation and/or travel costs associated with getting to and from the event location, food, alcoholic beverages, additional merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges, personal costs and any other ancillary or incidental costs related to the Prizes or anything else not specifically mentioned, which is the responsibility of the Winners and/or their guests including any COVID related isolation costs. For example, for the Tennis Tickets, other than the Grand Prize, if the Winner(s) are not resident in that town city, the Eligible Entrant will be required to make their own arrangements to travel to that city.
31. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Lodging is subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Winner.
32. As the Prizes are supplied by third party suppliers who are independent of the Promoter, each Prize is subject to the applicable supplier's terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and each supplier hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any Winner (and/or his/her guest(s)) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize. Mastercard is not liable for any damage to property caused by Winners.
33. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner (and their guest(s)) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
34. Publicity. Winners and/or guest(s) agree to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the Promotion without further recompense. This may include but is not limited to photographs taken which may be used for publicity purposes. By accepting a Prize, Winners and their guests grant the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, Promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the marketing of the products of the Promoter, or otherwise. Winners and guests further agree that all materials produced pursuant to the rights set out above shall and will remain the property of the Promoter.
Force Majeure, Modification, Cancellation.
35. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to, a Covid-19 lockdown, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion .
36. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, pandemic, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter's ability to conduct the Promotion as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, subject to state or territory regulation. In such event, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prizes to one of the Eligible Entrants received up to the time of the cancellation or modification in accordance with the judging criteria set out herein. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of any law. Any attempt by any person to deliberately cause damage or undermine the operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
38. Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Entrant; or (f) taking of the Prize(s).

If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions becomes or is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and Mastercard shall be entitled to replace such severed provisions with such other provisions as it may deem fit.
45. The headings to the clauses of these Terms and Conditions shall not be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction thereof or of these Terms and Conditions.
46. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
