Ineligible Entrants
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
To enter the promotion, you must:
a) purchase any two (2) Qualifying Products in one (1) transaction to share with mates during the Promotional Period from any Participating Store (Qualifying Transaction);
b) retain your receipt;
c) scan the QR code on point-of-sale advertising or visit

d) follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, provide the requested details
(including your full name, email address, telephone number, post code and upload your receipt)

There is one (1) Major Prize consisting of an Active Escape 2026 experience in Bali for two people. Daily Minor Prize
There are three (3) Daily Minor Prizes as detailed below to be won:

Minor Prize Conditions

Travel Prize Conditions

b) The winner and travel companions must be 18 years or over.
c) The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same
departure point and travel together.
d) The Prize is valid for redemption until December 31, 2026, or the date of the final Bali
Active Escape trip in 2026 (whichever comes first). If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the aforementioned date/s required by the Promoter they will forfeit their right to the Prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
e) Acceptance of the Prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the Promoter and the terms and conditions of any suppliers. If the Prize winner cannot accept those terms and conditions for any reason, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
f) The winner and their companions are responsible for adhering to all local laws, including but not limited to laws regarding the legal drinking age and attendance at venues with a specified age of entry.
g) If applicable, itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
h) All bookings in connection with the Prize must be made via the Promoter’s chosen
agent 45 days before the winner’s requested departure date. The Prize winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by suppliers once any booking is approved and issued.
i) The Prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
j) Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the Prize.
k) Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any
reason the winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
l) Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included.

n) It is a condition of accepting the Prize that a winner and their travel companion may be
required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute
discretion, prior to receiving a Prize.
o) Travel insurance is not included in the Prize and must be obtained by the winner and
their travel companions prior to departure. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. The winner may be required to provide proof of acceptable travel insurance to the Promoter or its agent upon request.
p) The winner and his/her travel companion/s are responsible for ensuring that they have valid visas and travel documentation.
q) The winner is solely responsible for researching and complying with all health, safety, passport, visa, and other government requirements applicable to the travel destination before travel. International travel advice is available from relevant local government agencies or consular offices.
r) By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that all activities included in the Prize involve inherent risks, which may result in death, injury, incapacity, property damage, or other losses. The winner participates in these activities at their own risk.
s) The Promoter and its agents, are not responsible for any changes to travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fight cancellations, border closures, or changes to government regulations. The winner will be solely responsible for any additional costs arising from these changes.
How many times can I enter?
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction;
b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the Entry
Requirements;
c) a maximum of one (1) entry, per person, per day is permitted; and d)
an entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Prize. This Prize limit does not apply
to SA residents.

Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be entered into the draw. The draw will take place at Greeneagle 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby, NSW 2212 at 12pm AEDT 10/02/26 using computerised random selection from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
The first one (1) valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Major Prize specified above. The Minor Prize will be drawn as follows:
i. Once the Major Prize has been drawn the remaining entrants will be divided into thirty-four (34) separate pools each corresponding to their singular date of entry of the Promotional Period (‘Daily Pool’);
ii. Each Daily Pool will include all valid entries completed on the corresponding Promotional Period date;
iii. Three (3) entries will be drawn for all thirty-four (34) Daily Pools and will be the winners of the Daily Minor Prizes specified above.
The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries and record them in the order drawn, to be used in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

Winner Notification
The winners will be contacted by email using the contact details provided by the entrant at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw.
The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published at winwithcelsius.com.au/woolworthspromo by 17/02/26.
Following successful contact by the Promoter, the winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize within thirty (30) days of being contacted by the Promoter. Failure to do so will result in their Prize being void and no compensation will be payable.
Unclaimed Prizes
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within thirty (30) days of the Prize Draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and conduct an unclaimed prize draw to select a new winner on the same terms as the original Prize Draw. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.
The unclaimed prize draw (if required) will take place on 17/03/26 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter may also draw reserve entries for the unclaimed prize draw to be used in the event an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the unclaimed draw and must comply with the requirements set out in the Winner Notification.

Major Prize Delivery
Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner’s details will be provided to the travel agency appointed by the Promoter, who will then contact the winner to arrange the travel details.
Minor Prize Delivery The Prize will be delivered to the email address nominated by the Prize winners within fourteen (14) days.
