How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any Life Savers confectionery product (“Eligible Product”) from any store which sells the
Eligible Product(s), including their respective online stores (“Participating Venues”); and
b) visit
www.lifesaverssummer.com.au (or scan the QR code advertised in store), follow the prompts
to the Promotion entry page, and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their
personal details (first name, last name, email address, phone number and full address), upload a
scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction and (optional) select the tick box
to agree to receive future marketing from the Promoter.
In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their qualifying transaction, it is
the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that such material is provided or obtained to be eligible to enter in
this Promotion.
Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification. All
entries (including the Instant Prize winners) will also be entered into the draw.
Entries permitted:

Draw Prize:
● The draw will take place at Hive Marketing Group Pty Ltd, 222/117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale
NSW 2100, Australia at 12:00 pm AEST on 08/04/26 using computerised random selection.
● The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Draw Prize specified below.
● The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
● If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same
time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for
public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is
determined by chance.
Instant Win Prizes:
● There will be four thousand (4000) randomised ‘winning moments’ during the Promotional Period.
The first valid entry received during a ‘winning moment’ will be declared a provisional instant prize
winner via a notification on screen upon entry form submission, subject to validation.
● If no valid entry is received during a ‘winning moment’, no prize will be awarded in respect of that
‘winning moment’. Only the first entrant to submit a valid entry during a ‘winning moment’ will be
eligible for the respective prize. In addition, if a prize is not won during a ‘winning moment’ then
the prize is null and void and will not be rolled over to another ‘winning moment’ or awarded via an
unclaimed prize draw.
● All prizes claimed in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured unless:
(a) the entry would otherwise be ineligible under these Conditions of Entry; or
(b) the prize claim exceeds the advertised prize pool as a result of fraud.
● Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
● Proof of Purchase for Eligible Products will be void, and the corresponding entry deemed ineligible,
if stolen, forged or tampered with in any way.

The Draw Prize winner will be contacted via email and phone and published by 15/04/26.
Unclaimed Prizes: Draw Prize must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEST on 14/05/26. In the event of any unclaimed Draw Prize,
an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 15/05/26.
The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and phone and published at
www.lifesaverssummer.com.au by 22/05/26. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries
in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
