Automotive Superstore $1,000 Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Automotive Superstore Pty Ltd (ABN: 64164454353), of 2H Hudson Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its immediate family members, and any agencies or contractors associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 7 January 2026 at 12:00am AEDT and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Participants may earn entries during the Competition Period via the following methods:
1 entry for signing up via the competition landing page
+1 entry for subscribing to Automotive Superstore SMS marketing
+10 entries for each eligible online purchase made at Automotive Superstore during the Competition Period
Each qualifying action will automatically generate the corresponding number of entries.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn through eligible purchases.
5. Entry Conditions
Entry is free; however, purchases will increase chances of winning.
All entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Prize
The prize is one (1) $1,000 AUD store credit to spend at Automotive Superstore.
Prize conditions:
The winner must have or set up an Automotive Superstore account to redeem the store credit.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any additional costs associated with using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 2 February 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.
The draw will be conducted electronically and fairly in accordance with applicable Australian competition laws.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day of the draw.
The winner has 7 days to respond and claim their prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Publication of Winner
The winner’s first name and state may be published on Automotive Superstore’s website and other marketing communications.
10. Use of Entries & Marketing
By entering, participants agree that:
Their personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Automotive Superstore Privacy Policy.
Entry via SMS subscription constitutes consent to receive ongoing SMS marketing (opt-out available at any time).
Entry via email sign-up constitutes consent to receive marketing communications (unsubscribe available at any time).
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
Technical issues, system failures, or lost entries
Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or using the prize
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
