1. General
1. 2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other
reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
2. Promoter
3. The Promoter is Australian United Retailers Limited (ABN 93 077 879 782) of Level 9, 30
Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, VIC 3006.
3. Eligibility
4. Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland aged 18 years or over who meet the entry requirements (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees of the Promoter, participating FoodWorks retailers, Best Buy, associated
agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes
spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or
first cousin.
4. Promotional Period
6. The promotion commences on Thursday 15 January 2026 at 12:01am AEDT and closes on
Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotional Period”).

7. 8. 9. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
o a) Purchase any two (2) Best Buy bakery range products (including bread loaves,
rolls and muffins) in one transaction from a participating FoodWorks store;
o b) Scan the QR code displayed on promotional material or visit the entry page as
directed;
o c) Complete the online entry form and upload a copy of their purchase receipt.
Each entry must be supported by a unique receipt showing the qualifying purchase.
One (1) entry per qualifying transaction. Multiple entries are permitted across the
Promotional Period, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying transaction.
6. Proof of Purchase
10. Entrants must retain their original receipt(s). Proof of purchase must be provided upon
request and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter.
11. Any entrant found to be sharing receipts or submitting false or duplicate proof of purchase
will have all entries invalidated.
7. Draw Details
12. The draw will take place on Monday 16 February 2026 at 11:00am AEDT at the Promoter’s
premises, Level 9, 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, VIC 3006.
13. Three (3) valid entries will be drawn electronically.
14. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
8. Prize Details
15. The total prize pool is valued at $1,500.
16. There are three (3) prizes to be won:
• 3 × Back to School Prize Packs, each valued at $500.
17. Prize packs may include a combination of school-related items and/or a FoodWorks gift
card, as determined by the Promoter.
18. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. Prize Fulfilment & Redraw
19. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw.
20. If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the winner, a redraw may
be conducted in accordance with state legislation.
10. General Conditions
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
22. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate,
modify, suspend or extend this promotion (or any part of it) if circumstances arise that are
beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures,
fraud, unauthorised intervention, or any event that compromises the fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of the promotion, subject to State and Territory legislation.
11. Privacy
24. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal
information for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
