D-Link Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter is D Link Australia Pty Ltd (“D Link”), Unit 23, 1 Talavera Rd, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113.
2. Eligibility: Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older.
3. Giveaway Period: The promotion commences at 7:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 15 February 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter: Tell us in 25 words or less: "Who would you share your last 10% battery with this Valentine’s Day, and why?”
5. Entry Limit: One entry per person. A maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded per entrant. There are three (3) DPP-101 10000mAh Power Banks available in total.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen based on creativity and originality of their answer. The judges’ decision is final and binding.
7. Winner Announcement: Three (3) winners will be selected on Monday, 16 February 2026, and will be notified directly via the contact details or social media account provided.
8. Prizes: Three (3) × DPP-101 10000mAh Power Bank with USB C and USB A ports.
9. Publicity: By entering, you agree that D Link may use your name and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. General Conditions: D Link may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
11. Limitation of Liability: D Link accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize,
except where required by law.
