1. Promotion Period
Entries open 12:00am Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on 1 December 2025 (10:30am Adelaide time (ACDT) on 1 December 2025) and close 11:59pm UTC on 28 February 2026 (10:29am Adelaide time (ACDT) on 1 March 2026) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 For the purposes of these Terms, a “Promotion” means the giveaway conducted by the Promoter as described in these Terms, including all associated entry, draw and prize fulfilment processes.
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents, excluding residents of the Northern Territory.
2.2 Entrants must hold, or be eligible to hold, a learner’s permit or driver’s licence in their state/territory of residence.
2.3 The following are ineligible: employees, directors and management of the Promoter and the agencies/companies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family members.
2.4 For the purposes of these Terms, a “Secondary Account Holder” means a person (such as a parent, guardian, or other authorised individual) who has created or is registered on an account for the purpose of managing, paying for, or booking driving lessons on behalf of a learner driver.
2.5 Where an account is registered in the name of a Secondary Account Holder but used to book lessons for a learner driver, the learner driver will be deemed to be the entrant in this Promotion, provided they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements in these Terms.
2.6 Where the learner driver (entrant) does not have contact details recorded in their account, the Promoter will, where possible, contact the Secondary Account Holder associated with that learner’s account for the purposes of winner notification, verification, and prize fulfilment. The entrant authorises the Promoter to contact the Secondary Account holder for these purposes. Where no Secondary Account Holder is recorded, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to contact the entrant using any contact details available in the account. Notification to a Secondary Account Holder, where applicable, will be deemed notification to the entrant for the purposes of this Promotion.
3. How to Enter
3.1 During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant will receive entries by completing eligible bookings through the Promoter’s website/platform for the eligible booking types listed below.
3.2 “Completed” means the lesson or test package booking has been delivered and marked complete (not merely booked or paid). Cancelled, rescheduled, reverted or refunded credits do not qualify.
3.3 Entries are automatically recorded against the entrant’s account once the qualifying lesson or test package is completed.
3.4 No other methods of entry apply. There are no bonus entry actions other than those listed below.
3.5 Purchase of lessons and packages is for the primary purpose of obtaining driving instruction. Any entries awarded are incidental to that purchase.
3.6 Each entry constitutes a separate chance to win and all entries have an equal, random chance of selection in the draw.
3.7 For the avoidance of doubt, the completion timestamp and qualifying status recorded in the Promoter’s system will be conclusive evidence of eligibility and entry allocation (except in the case of manifest error).

4. Verification
4.1 The Promoter may require entrants and/or the winner to provide proof of identity, age and eligibility and evidence of completed bookings.
4.2 It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and current.
5. Draw
5.1 The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter at 10:00am Adelaide time (ACDT) on 6 March 2026 (11:30pm UTC, 5 March 2026) (“Draw”) at 217-219 Flinders St, Adelaide SA 5000.
5.2 The Draw will use a computerised random selection process (randomdraws.com.au (via Trade Promotions & Lotteries Pty Ltd)) producing a verifiable audit log showing date, time, algorithm, and selected entry.
5.3 The Draw process will be overseen by an authorised representative of the Promoter and, where required by law, an independent scrutineer.
5.4 All entries in the Draw will have an equal, random chance of winning.
5.5 The Promoter will retain the draw log, entry records and winner verification records for at least 3 years and make them available to regulators upon request.
6. Prize
6.1 One (1) prize only: 2025 Mazda 2 G15 Evolve hatch (base model) — Skyactiv-G 1.5L Petrol, FWD, 6-speed automatic — RRP valued up to AUD $28,990 including 12 months registration, 12 months compulsory third party (CTP) insurance, stamp duty, other applicable statutory charges, dealer delivery and administration charges (“Prize”).
6.2 The vehicle specification and colour are subject to availability. If the specified model becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an equivalent vehicle of equal or higher value and comparable specification (subject to regulatory approval if required).
6.3 Order & Delivery: The Prize will be ordered after the winner is verified to ensure the vehicle is purchased and registered in the winner’s state/territory. Delivery is subject to manufacturer/dealer lead times and may take up to six (6) months (or longer if impacted by supply constraints outside the Promoter’s control).
6.4 On-road costs set out in 6.1 are covered by the Promoter. The winner is responsible for any transport/accommodation costs to collect the vehicle and for insurance (beyond CTP), fuel and ongoing costs.
6.5 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to arrange local purchase and delivery in the winner’s state/territory.
6.6 Total prize pool: up to AUD $28,990.
6.7. Prize value is the recommended retail price (RRP) inclusive of applicable taxes and charges, accurate at the time of publishing. Actual value may vary due to pricing changes or availability. No compensation will be provided for any variation, subject to clause 6.2 (substitution) and applicable law.
7. Notification & Publication
7.1 The provisional winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the Draw.
7.2 Where the winning entrant does not have contact details recorded on their EzLicence account, the Promoter will notify the Secondary Account Holder linked to the account. Notification to the Secondary Account Holder will constitute notification to the entrant.
7.3 The winner’s initial, surname and postcode will be published on ezlicence.com.au within seven (7) business days of the Draw and may be published on the Promoter’s social channels (as required or permitted by law).
7.4 If the winner is under 18 years of age or is otherwise unable to register the vehicle, the Promoter may, in its discretion, award the Prize to the winner’s parent or legal guardian to be registered in their name for the benefit of the winner (as permitted by law). Their parent/guardian must hold a valid driver’s licence to lawfully drive the vehicle.
8. Prize Claim & Unclaimed Prize Draw
8.1 The winner must claim the Prize within two (2) months of the Draw and complete all verification and acceptance steps.
8.2 If the Prize is unclaimed or the winner is deemed ineligible, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted at the same location using the same method at 10:00am Adelaide time on 6 May 2026 (11:30pm UTC, 5 May 2026). The unclaimed winner will be notified and published as per clause 7.
9. Entrants Under 18 Years of Age
9.1 Entrants aged under 18 may enter. However, if an entrant under 18 is drawn as the winner, the Promoter may require the entrant’s parent/legal guardian to provide written consent for the entrant to receive the Prize and to sign any documentation required by the Promoter (including releases/indemnities).
9.2 If the required consent/documents are not provided within the time specified, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant pursuant to clause 8.
9.3 Registration of the Prize will be handled in accordance with clause 7.4.
10. General
10.1 Entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Period. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues that delay/prevent lesson completion from being recorded, including lesson cancellation or reschedule, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
10.2 Incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid.
10.3 The Promoter may verify any entry and disqualify entrants who interfere with or tamper with the entry process.
10.4 The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion if it becomes unable to proceed as contemplated due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, subject to any written directions from regulators.
10.5 Liability: Nothing in these T&Cs limits any non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage (including personal injury) suffered arising from (i) any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms, to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by any act, omission, event, or circumstance outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (ii) taking the Prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
10.6 No transfer or exchange of the Prize permitted (except as set out in 6.2).
10.7 All draw, entry, and winner records will be retained for at least 3 years (or longer if required by law) and made available to regulators upon request.
