TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTERS
This competition is conducted by:
New Balance Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 65 003 049 296)

in conjunction with
Melbourne Football Club (ABN 27 005 686 902)
Melbourne Cricket Ground, Brunton Avenue, East Melbourne VIC 3002, Australia
(together, the Promoters).
This promotion is authorised under applicable State and Territory trade promotion laws where required.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
Employees of the Promoters, their related entities, immediate family members, registered travel companions, and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition commences at 9:00am AEDT on Tuesday 24 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 3 March 2026 (Competition Period).
The Promoters reserve the right to extend the Competition Period, subject to regulatory approval where required.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, individuals must during the Competition Period:
Visit the competition landing page; and
Complete and submit the online entry form including full name, telephone number and email address.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Late, incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5. DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION
This is a game of chance.
The winner will be selected at random using an electronic random number generator.
The draw will take place at 9:00am AEDT on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at the Melbourne Football Club offices.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 2 days of the draw.
The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. UNCLAIMED PRIZE / SECOND CHANCE DRAW
If the winner:
Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within 4 days of notification; or
Is deemed ineligible,
the prize will be forfeited.
If required, a second chance draw will be conducted 10 days after the original draw at the same time and location as the original draw. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize.
The second chance winner will be notified within 2 days of the draw. The Promoters’ decision is final.
7. PRIZE

The prize:
Is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Must be taken as offered.
Does not include any additional costs such as travel, meals, insurance, taxes or other incidental expenses.
If any prize item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize (or part of it) with an item of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval where required.
8. PROMOTIONAL CONSENT
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to this competition without additional compensation.
The winner consents to the Promoters using their name, image and suburb of residence for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further payment.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Promoters reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, subject to regulatory approval where required.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to check the competition landing page for updates.
If the competition cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control, the Promoters may cancel, suspend or modify the competition, subject to regulatory requirements.
The Promoters are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or corrupted entries.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoters are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by entrants.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the conduct of this competition or the use of the prize, including (but not limited to):
technical or telecommunications problems; and
acts or omissions of third parties involved in the conduct of the competition.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
