Terms and Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is St Vincent De Paul Society Queensland (ABN 14 211 506 904) of 10 Merivale Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101 (Vinnies QLD or the Promoter).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
3. Entries into the promotion open on 6 March 2026 at 12:01am AEST, and close at 5:00pm
AEST on 22 March 2026 (‘Promotional Period”). Entries received after the Promotional
Period are ineligible to participate. A grace period of one (1) day has been included to
allow participants time to enter on the website”.
ELIGIBILITY
4. The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of Queensland and aged 18
years or over (Eligible Entrant). Employees (and their immediate families), members
and volunteers of the Promoter, and the agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: Spouse, ex-spouse, de-
facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-
brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
In order to be eligible to claim a prize in either the “Major Prize Promotion” or the
“Scratch and Win (Instant Prizes) Promotion” a person who enters the draw for such a
prize (referred to in these terms and conditions as an “entrant”) must also be an Eligible Entrant.
5. During the Promotional Period, the “Major Prize Promotion” and the “Scratch and Win
(Instant Prizes) Promotion” will be available together. Section A below contains conditions specific to the Major Prize Promotion. Section B below contains conditions
specific to the “Scratch and Win (Instant Prizes) Promotion”

HOW TO ENTER
6. To enter the Major Prize Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must take the following steps
during the Promotional Period (together, an Eligible Entry):
a. Visit a Vinnies QLD retail store;
b. Spend $10 or more in a single transaction;
c. Visit Finderfest.com.au and enter the code displayed under the scratch and win
component of the Promotional Scratchie; and
d. Complete the details as prompted to go into the draw to win a Major Prize.
7. Once the above steps have been completed, the entrant will receive an automated
email acknowledging their entry and informing that they have received one (1) entry into
the draw for the Major Prize associated with the Major Prize Prop found instore (Major
Prize Category).
8. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
a. only four (4) entries are permitted per person per Major Prize Category for the
entirety of the Promotional Period. Any further entries will not be included in the
draw. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements above.
b. An Eligible Entrant can only win one (1) Major Prize.
9. There will be one (1) prize draw for each Major Prize Category conducted 7 business
days after the Promotion End Date, on Tuesday 31 March 2026 (Major Prize Draw). The Major Prize Draw will occur in the following order: (1) Golden Groceries; (2) Golden
Getaway; (3) Golden Fuel; (4) Golden Cash.
10. There will be one (1) winner of each Major Prize (each, a Major Prize Winner). Subject
condition 8.b, each Major Prize Winner will be the first valid Eligible Entry drawn from
the pool of Eligible Entries for each Major Prize Category.
11. The Major Prize Draw will take place at St Vincent De Paul Society, 10 Merivale Street,
South Brisbane QLD 4101. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record
them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
12. Each Major Prize Winner will be notified by email using the contact details submitted
with their entry within seven (7) business days of the Major Prize Draw.

HOW TO ENTER:
14. To enter the Scratch & Win Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must:
a. Visit a Vinnies QLD retail store;
b. Spend $10 or more in a single transaction;
c. Visit Finderfest.com.au and enter the code displayed under the scratch and win component of the Promotional Scratchie; and d. When prompted, enter in your details, use the “Scratch and Win” function and follow the prompts.
15. Instant Prize Winners will receive an on-screen notification informing them that they
have won an Instant Prize after successfully validating their purchase.
16. Instant Prize Winners will also receive an email informing them that they are a
provisional Instant Prize Winner and providing details on how to verify their entry and
claim their Instant Prize.
17. Multiple entries by Eligible Entrants are permitted, however noting that each individual
code may only be redeemed once.
18. Instant Prize conditions:
a. Vinnies Gift Cards / Vouchers
i. Vinnies gift cards and vouchers will be redeemable only in Vinnies
Queensland stores.
ii. Vinnies Gift Cards and vouchers cannot be refunded or used to obtain
cash. Treat gift cards and vouchers like cash, if lost or stolen gift cardswill not be replaced or refunded. Not to be used for payment of credit or store accounts.
iii. Vinnies gift vouchers of the amount $5 and $10, $20 will be delivered to the respective Instant Prize Winner via email within (7) business days of claiming their Instant Prize and will be redeemable in-store. The total amount must be used in one transaction (change will not be given) and any remaining balance cannot be kept. $5, $10 and $20 gift vouchers must be redeemed between 6 March 2026 – 30 April 2026.
iv. $50 Vinnies gift cards will be delivered to the respective Instant Prize
Winner via Australia Post. Gift cards expire 3 years from the issue date.
Any unused amount after the expiry date of any gift card will not be refunded or credited. Gift cards are not reloadable.
b. IGA gift cards will be delivered to the recipient via Australia Post. IGA gift cards
are redeemable at participating IGA stores only and must be presented at the
point of sale. Treat this Gift Card like cash. Lost, damaged or stolen gift cards
will not be replaced or refunded. Each gift card purchased is valid until the
expiry date displayed on the Gift Card, which will be no less than 36 months from the date of purchase.
c. The Coffee Club gift cards will be delivered to the recipient via email as a digital
gift card. The Coffee Club digital gift cards are redeemable at participating The
Coffee Club stores only. Treat this Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards
may not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash. A Gift Card will
expire 3 years from the issue date. Any unused amount after the expiry date will

d. Dreamworld Annual Passes will be sent to the recipient via email. Tickets are
valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All
tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-
sold to another party for re-sale and will be cancelled without refund if used by
anyone else. Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security. Full

e. 99 Bikes Prizes
i. 99 Bikes gift cards will be sent to the recipient via email as a digital gift
cards. 99 Bike gift cards are redeemable at any 99 Bikes store across
Australia. 99 Bikes Gift Cards cannot be refunded or used to obtain
cash. Treat gift cards like cash, if lost or stolen gift cards will not be
replaced or refunded. Not to be used for payment of credit or store
accounts. All gift cards expire 3 years from the issue date. Any unused
amount after the expiry date of any gift card will not be refunded or
credited. Gift cards are not reloadable. Gift cards are redeemable in-

ii. 99 Bikes Kid’s Pedal bikes - Each winner will receive one (1) prize pack
consisting of one (1) Pedal kids bikes of 99 Bikes’ choosing. The prize will
be selected from the Pedal Kids Bike range here, with a value up to $400
club price. The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any
other offer. 99 Bikes will decide what prize pack each winner receives.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than what is expressly set out in the conditions above. All expenses and use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and, as applicable. The prize must be collected at a 99 Bikes store.
OTHER PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility and participation
19. Any and all decisions of the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the Promotion are final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence and whether they are an
Eligible Entrant) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and
Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other
improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the
Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure
by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
21. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
22. Entrants are responsible for ensuring any and all details submitted for the Promotion
are correct and accurate. If an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional
Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter by emailing their updated
contact details to
shops@svdpqld.org.au.
23. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prizes
24. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a merchandise code or gift card are not
included. Any unused balance of the merchandise code or gift card will not be awarded
as cash. Redemption of any merchandise code or gift card is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the merchandise code or gift card.
25. All prize winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are
correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
26. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value
and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
27. Total prize pool value is [$71,800]
28. If for any reason a winner does not claim a prize (or an element of the prize) by three
months of receiving notification they have won, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
29. A draw for any forfeited prizes (including Major Prizes that remain unclaimed or any
Instant Prizes that is won but unclaimed) will take place on Tuesday 28 April 2026 at the
same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.
Liability
30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the
Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC
Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-
Excludable Guarantees).
31. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded (in which case that liability is
limited to the maximum extent allowable by law), including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable
for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss
of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with Finderfest,
including: (a) any late, lost or misdirected entries, or for any lost, missing or damage to
or delay in delivery of prizes; (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party
interference with a prize; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms
and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of
the prize.
32. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications associated with this
Promotion and all participants, including any prize winners. Independent financial
advice should be sought in regard to the tax implications relating to a prize or
acceptance of a prize.
Promotion, marketing and privacy considerations
33. In entering this Promotion, all entrants consent to:
a. if they become a Major Prize Winner, the publication of their names (First initial,
surname and postcode) online at
https://www.vinnies.org.au/qld/shops/whats-on-at-vinnies from Tuesday 31 March 2026; and
if they become a Major Prize Winner or Instant Prize Winner and they allow themselves
to be photographed in the context of them being a prize winner, consent to the Promoter
publishing their first initial and surname and photograph to promote Finderfest and stores now and the in future.
34. The Promoter collects personal information from all participants to conduct and administer the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including
agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers) for that purpose. The Promoter may also use an entrant’s personal information for marketing and promotional purposes. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as
set out in its Privacy Policy as supplemented by these terms and conditions, which can be viewed at
https://qld.vinnies.org.au/qld-privacy-policy.
35. Where this Promotion utilises the use of any Social Media Platform:
a. this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, any Social Media Platform;
b. a participant understands that they are providing their information to the
Promoter and not to any Social Media Platform;
c. any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed
to the Promoter and not to any Social Media Platform; and
d. the Social Media Platforms will not be liable for any liability, including loss or
damage or personal injury, which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a
result of participating in the Promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. A participant must release a
Social Media Platform and their associated companies from any and all liability
arising in respect of the Promotion.
36. For the purposes of the above, Social Media Platform means, as the context requires,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok and/or any other social media platform
in existence from time to time.
37. Any part of these Terms & Conditions which is void or not enforceable by law will be
automatically severed from these Terms & Conditions, where possible, to ensure that
the remaining provisions remain in effect. The Promoter may vary these Terms &
Conditions from time to time as required for compliance with law or for the purposes of
correcting any error or omission. As such, it is the responsibility of every entrant to
ensure that they review these Terms & Conditions at the time of entry and all other
material times.
38. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and must be construed in accordance
with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
39. If for any reason any aspect of Finderfest does not or is not capable of running as
planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the
Promoter’s control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
