How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

the prompts to complete the entry form by providing their requested personal details and the

*All valid entries will be cross-checked against the Participating Hotel’s booking system. Any entries into
the Promotion must be made under the same name the booking was made under.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every qualifying booking.
For the sake of clarity: All entries must be submitted under the same name used for the booking.

Winner Determination draw:

Travel Prize:
• Travel must be taken within 12-months of the draw and stay completed by 4/06/27. Prize cannot be
taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. Blackout dates
include, but are not limited to, 06/07/26 – 12/07/26, 28/09/26 – 05/10/26, 21/12/26 – 04/01/27,
and 26/03/27 – 11/04/27. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the dates required
by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other
alternative in lieu.
• Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
• Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.

unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 07/07/26. The winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing via email and published by 14/07/26. The draw conductor may select
additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
