How to Enter:

 To receive one (1) scratch card, a Participant must make an “Eligible Transaction” of $18 or more in a single transaction at a Participating Store during the Promotion Period.

An “Eligible Transaction” must be evidenced by an original receipt clearly showing the date, total amount, and store name (“Valid Receipt”).

Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided each entry is backed by a unique Valid Receipt for an Eligible Transaction.

Scratch cards are subject to availability and are provided on a “while stocks last” basis.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.1         These official rules (“Rules”) apply to the Blunder Road Shopping Village “Scratch & Win for Easter” competition (“Promotion”).

1.2         The Promoter is Blunder Road Shopping Village (BRSV), 146 Blunder Road, Oxley, QLD 4075. Email: info@blunderroadshoppingvillage.com.au.

1.3         The Promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday, 9 March 2026 and ends at 5:00pm on Thursday, 2 April 2026, or when prize stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

2.1         To be a “Participant,” an individual must be a Queensland resident aged 18 years or over.

2.2         The Promoter’s officeholders, employees, agents, contractors, and their Immediate Family Members are ineligible to enter. “Immediate Family Member” means any spouse, child, de facto, or any other family member residing at the same premises.

3. How to Enter (Eligible Transactions)

3.1         To receive one (1) scratch card, a Participant must make an “Eligible Transaction” of $18 or more in a single transaction at a Participating Store during the Promotion Period.

3.2         An “Eligible Transaction” must be evidenced by an original receipt clearly showing the date, total amount, and store name (“Valid Receipt”).

4. Exclusions & Non-Participating Stores

4.1         The following stores are excluded from this promotion and receipts from these businesses will not be accepted:

Aldi, Chemist Warehouse, Dan Murphy’s, Domino’s, H&R Block, Medical and Dental Centre, and Oxley Tavern.

4.2         The following products and services are excluded from “Eligible Transactions” and cannot be used to claim a scratch card or be purchased using a prize:

Tobacco products, cigarette papers, rollers, or pipes.
Gaming/Gambling products (lottery tickets, Keno, etc.).
Prescription medications or pharmacy receipts for scripts.
Gift Cards or vouchers.
Bill payments (e.g., electricity, gas, rates, phone bills, or credit card payments).
Deposits into banks or financial institutions.
Medical or Veterinary receipts (doctors/vets).
Rent payments.
Refunded or returned products.
5. Participating Stores

5.1         Participating stores include: African Grocery & Injera Bakery; The Muoi Bakery; Blunder Coffee; Blunder Road Country Markets; Blunder Rd News; Brisbane Fish Market; Food Village; Hanno’s Country Butchery; Laundro Near Me; Mukkomi Sushi; Oven Fresh Bakery & Café; Oxley Discount Variety Store; Oxley Kebab Shop; and Sharp Cut Barbers / Beauty Babes.

6. Prizes and Redemption

6.1         Total Prize Pool: $2,700.

6.2         Prize Breakdown: * 820 Instant Win vouchers (Total value $2,600).

100 Laundry discounts (30% off for Laundro Near Me, total value $100).
6.3         To redeem a Prize, the Participant must present the winning Scratch Card to the store shown on the card for use during their next transaction.

6.4         Laundro Near Me Redemption: To use the 30% discount, the Participant must input the winning code into the pay station when prompted for a voucher/discount code.

6.5         Prizes must be used in one single transaction. No change will be given if the spend is less than the voucher value.

6.6         Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.7         Expiry: All prizes are valid until the date shown on the scratch card: 2 June 2026.

7. General Conditions

7.1         The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process.

7.2         The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.3         If a Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value.

7.4         The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or scratch cards.

7.5         In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, or pandemic-related government directions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion.

8. Liability and Privacy

8.1         To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with this Promotion.

8.2         By entering, Participants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes across various digital and conventional channels. Participants may opt out at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in such communications.
