The Deus Ex Machina x Coffee Supreme Surfboard Giveaway (“Promotion”) is run by Deus Ex Machina Australia Pty Ltd in collaboration with Coffee Supreme Australia Pty Ltd (“Promoters”).
The Promotion opens 12:01am (AEST) 13 March 2026 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) 22 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Entries must be submitted via the Deus Ex Machina website during the Promotional Period. Participants may earn entries by completing one or more of the following actions:
Subscribe to the Coffee Supreme newsletter – 1 entry
Subscribe to the Deus Ex Machina newsletter – 1 entry
Multiple entries are permitted where participants complete multiple entry actions during the Promotional Period.
The winner will be drawn at random on 23 March, 2026.
The winner will be notified via the email address supplied during entry within 48 hours of the draw.
The prize consists of:
1 x Custom Deus X Coffee Supreme Surfboard made in collaboration with Deus Ex Machina, valued at AUD $1,295.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
By entering this Promotion, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Coffee Supreme and Deus Ex Machina. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoters’ respective privacy policies and will not be sold to third parties.
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise outside their control.
The Promoters, their employees, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promoters are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
