(i) Mater Prize Home lottery No.325 is authorised under the following licence and/or permit numbers - QLD: Licence No. 29792, NSW: Permit No. GOCAU/2327, VIC: Permit No. 10042/26, ACT: Permit Nos: R26/00013 and TP26/00241, NT: FNL1029. ii) Mater Foundation Ltd as trustee for Mater Foundation is permitted to sell up to 26,271,187 tickets in this lottery. Mater Prize Home lottery No.325 will open for ticket sales at 12:01am AEST on 19 February 2026 and will close at 7:55pm AEST on 20 June 2026 and the main draw will be held at 10am AEST 24 June 2026 at 14 Stratton Street, Newstead, QLD 4006, or remote subject to business requirements. Winners notified by phone and registered mail and results published at www.materlotteries.com.au on the day of the draw and on the public notices section of The Australian on 29 June 2026. Single ticket pricing $2 plus bundling. The amount of tickets available will range from 15,500,000 (single ticket purchases) to 26,271,187 (if bundle purchases occur). Transfer duty and legal fees payable for the transfer of the home to the winner will be paid for by Mater Foundation. Mater Foundation will arrange and pay for costs associated with the transfer of title to the property into the winner’s name. Mater Foundation will pay transfer duty, registration fees and legal costs to prepare transfer documentation to the winner. If the winner elects to register the property in the name of a trust or corporate structure or otherwise nominate a different person or entity to be the registered owner of the property, the winner will be responsible for payment of any additional transfer duty or other fees and costs associated with that election. Winners acknowledge that, while Mater Foundation will give possession of the property to the winner shortly after the draw, transfer of title to the property is in line with timeframes of the relevant state land titles offices. The property is at the risk of the winner from the date that possession is provided, even if title has not been legally transferred. On taking possession of the property, all costs, taxes and levies (including estimated Council Rates of $2,464 per annum) imposed on the property from that point in time are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By registering as a Mater Prize Home VIP member, your membership is automatically entered into exclusive VIP draws, with the number of entries determined by the total number of tickets in your subscription book value.

(ii) To be eligible for the VIP Prize Draws you must be an active and financial Mater Prize Home VIP Member at the date of entry into the relevant VIP draw. An active VIP Member is one who has an active subscription, not paused or cancelled. A financial VIP Member is one whose last subscription charge is successful. Charges that are pending or declined are not financial.

MATER PRIZE HOME GENERAL TERMS

    The value of the Mater Prize Home quoted is based on an independent property valuation based on replacement value (not market value) obtained by Mater Foundation within 3 months of the start of the marketing campaign for the lottery. The first prize value includes the value of the land and structure, furniture, additions and any further items which form part of the first prize (for example, gift cards, gold, vehicles etc).
    The rental income quoted is an estimate only without accounting for land holding costs or tax implications and should not be construed as investment advice in any way. Any actual rental income may differ due to market conditions and demand.
    The winner acknowledges that the property may be encumbered by easements; restrictive covenants or have ongoing development covenants that may affect the property or its ongoing use. The winner agrees to accept the property subject to any such covenant or restriction and will sign any document required in order to give effect to any ongoing responsibilities or covenants.
    Where Mater Foundation is unable to provide the winner with the nominated prize, or the winner is unable to legally own or receive the nominated prize, or where Mater Foundation is unable to deliver a prize due to natural disaster, fire, theft, destruction or other circumstances beyond Mater Foundation’s control (such as legislative restrictions in the State, Territory or jurisdiction in which you reside) as may arise from time to time, Mater Foundation may at its discretion offer the winner a substitute prize of the same value in Australian Dollars in Mater Foundation’s absolute discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant regulators.
    If the winner is a foreign resident and is declared to be the winner of land in Australia, they may be required to obtain relevant approvals from the Australian Government authority before Mater Foundation can transfer the property to the winner. If such approval is required, the winner must promptly apply to the relevant authority and obtain requisite approval before the prize can be transferred. Mater Foundation may assist in this process but are not obligated to do so. The winner is responsible for the costs of any application and also for any costs associated with the acquisition of land by a foreign person, other than those costs set out in these Terms and Conditions. If approval is refused or not obtained within a reasonable time frame (having regard to applicable published Foreign Investment Review Board policies and procedures) Mater Foundation may provide the winner a substitute prize of the same value in Australian dollars in accordance with legislative requirements, subject to any written directions from the relevant State or Territory gaming regulators and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
    It is the Winner’s responsibility as an entrant into this raffle to ensure that they are eligible under all applicable laws (including the laws of the winner’s country if they are an overseas resident) to accept the prize should they win the Draw
    Winners agree to provide all necessary information and reasonable assistance to Mater Foundation and/or its legal representatives to enable the legal transfer of the prize home to the winner.
    Winners accept prize homes in their “as is where is” state as at the date that the winner takes possession of the property.
    On taking possession of the property, all costs, taxes and levies imposed on the property from that point in time are the sole responsibility of the winner.
    Winners will be notified by mail and results will be published in the public notices section of The Australian in the week following the draw and at www.materlotteries.com.au on the day of the draw.
    Supporters who wish to attend the main draw are encouraged to register their interest via the Mater Lotteries website (www.materlotteries.com.au) at least 2 business days prior to the draw date.
