TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The promoter is Australian Pacific Touring Pty Ltd ABN 44 004 684 619, trading as Travelmarvel (“Promoter”), of Level 1, Building 4, 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Australia.​

Conditions of Entry​

1. Eligibility information and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating in this Promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.​

2. Entry is open to Australian residents who comply with the eligibility requirements set out in these Conditions of Entry (“Eligible Entrants”).​

3. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies or contractors directly associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.​

Promotion Period​

The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on Monday 20 April 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Monday 4 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).​

Eligibility for Promotion​

1. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:​ (a) Follow @travelmarveltours on Instagram or like the Travelmarvel Facebook page; and​ (b) Comment on the Promoter’s official Promotion post on Instagram or Facebook, tagging the person they would take with them; and​ (c) Answer the question: “In 25 words or less, why would you love to experience the Mekong River with Travelmarvel?”

2. This Promotion is a game of skill, and entries will be judged on creativity and originality.​

3. Profiles must be public for entries to be visible and valid.​

4. Unlimited entries are permitted, provided that each entry is unique, original, and submitted separately.​

5. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, unlawful, infringe third‑party rights, breach platform terms, or are deemed spam will be considered invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.​

6. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or undelivered entries.​

7. Any costs associated with accessing social media platforms or the internet are the responsibility of the entrant and depend on their service provider.​

Judging & Selection of Winner​

1. All valid entries will be judged on creativity, originality and relevance to the question posed.​

2. Judging will take place between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at the Promoter’s office in Moorabbin, Victoria.​

3. Judging will be conducted by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.​

4. One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected.​

5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.​

Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize​

1. The Winner will be notified via direct message from @travelmarveltours on Instagram or Travelmarvel Facebook no later than Thursday 7 May 2026.

​2. The Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and provide requested contact details in order to claim the Prize.​

3. If the Winner does not respond within the required time, is deemed ineligible, or cannot accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next best valid entry as determined by the judging panel.​

Prize Details​

1. The Winner will receive:​

- One (1) 8‑day Majestic Mekong River Cruise (Tour Code VTM08 or VTMR08) for two adults, in a lead in cabin, travelling in 2026; and​

- Return economy‑class flights for two, valued up to AUD $2,500 in total, departing from a major Australian capital city and booked by Travelmarvel.​

2. The total maximum prize value is approximately AUD $9,190, correct at the time of drafting.​

3. The Prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and must be taken as offered.​

4. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, seasonal variations and the Promoter’s standard booking conditions.​

5. The Prize does not include:​

- Travel insurance​

- Visas or passport costs​

- Optional tours, onboard spending or personal expenses​

- Meals not specified in the itinerary​

6. If the Winner selects a departure or option that exceeds the Prize value, any additional costs must be paid by the Winner.​

7. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.​

8. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Prize cannot be provided as described, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value.​

Publication & Use of Entries​

1. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, social media handle and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.​

2. Entrants grant the Promoter a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display their entry for marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability​

2. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
