How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase either a M&M'S Mini 145g, M&M'S Milk 180g, M&M'S Peanut 180g or M&M'S Crispy 145g from any Woolworths Supermarket, Woolworths Metro, MILKRUN or Coles store in Australia (excluding Woolworths Everyday Market) or online via www.woolworths.com.au or www.coles.com.au or any independent store (including their online store) ("Participating Venues"); and
b) visit www.mmsmarvel.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, year of birth, email address, mobile number and State/Territory of residence), store of purchase details, select the tick box to consent to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Promoter, and upload proof of purchase.
All valid entries received will be entered into the prize draw. Individuals who make a qualifying purchase from Woolworths (including Woolworths Metro and MILKRUN) or Coles will also be eligible for an Instant Win Prize. Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is a scanned copy or photo of the original receipt for the qualifying transaction.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry. Consenting to receive promotional and marketing materials from the Promoter is a condition of entry into the Promotion.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
b) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
c) maximum of four (4) entries permitted per person; and
d) each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Instant Win Prize. This prize limit does not apply to SA residents.
Winner Determination:
Draw Prize:
● The draw will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm
AEST on 19/08/26 using computerised random selection.
● The first entry drawn will be the winner of the Draw Prize specified below.
● The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
● If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of the draw prize is determined by chance.
Instant Win Prizes (Coles and Woolworths entries only):
● There will be up to 22,311 pre-determined 6-second ‘winning moments’ for Coles entries and up to
22,311 pre-determined 6-second ‘winning moments’ for Woolworths entries during the Promotional Period. The first valid entry received during a ‘winning moment’ will be declared a provisional instant prize winner, subject to verification.
● If no valid entry is received during a ‘winning moment’, no prize will be awarded in respect of that ‘winning moment’. Only the first entrant to submit a valid entry during a ‘winning moment’ will be eligible for the respective prize. In addition, if a prize is not won during a ‘winning moment’ then the prize is null and void and will not be rolled over to another ‘winning moment’ or awarded via an unclaimed prize draw.
● Instant Prize winners will be notified immediately if they have won on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification.
● Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
● Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in
excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.

● The prize supplier for the Draw Prize is The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (“Disney”). ● Prize does not include the following items:
o Shore excursions;
o Travel insurance;
o Laundry service;
o Alcoholic beverages and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee);
o Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged
candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks);
o Nursery charges;
o Local and long-distance telephone calls;
o Ship to shore communications including internet;
o Merchandise and souvenirs;
o Additional tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above;
o Additional items/services that carry a surcharge or additional fee not included in the standard
cruise fare offering not specifically set forth above; and
o Transportation between the winner’s (and their guests’) residence and the departure airport.
● Travel must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel date and travel must occur on the dates specified. If travel is not taken on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Block-out dates may apply. Travel dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block- out dates may apply. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the prize, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of prize or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion. ● The prize value is based on a Verandah Stateroom grade cabin. Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travellers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the prize that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the prize will be forfeited.
● No cash alternative is available for the prize. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash, unless otherwise specified. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is non-commissionable and may not be used to generate any form of commission, rebate, or financial incentive.
● Prize must be taken within 12 months of winner notification and coincide with an eligible sailing. Prize cannot be taken during public holidays or other peak periods. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu. ● Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.The cruise prize is a single event holiday for the winner and their guests and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. Any lost or stolen tickets or travel vouchers will not be replaced. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
● Once selected by the winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney. The Group winner must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together on the same itinerary. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
● The winner and his/her guests will be required to execute a prize acceptance form, including release and waiver provisions prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed prize acceptance form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the vacation;
● The winner and each guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the prize. winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the prize or any related activity or travel;
● In the event that the winner or any guest engages in conduct that is illegal, threatening, abusive, or disruptive, or fails to comply with Disney Cruise Line’s health and safety protocols, Disney reserves the right to terminate the prize or any portion thereof and remove the winner and/or guest(s) from the cruise or associated experience without compensation.
● Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
● The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
● The winner and his/her travel companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid
passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. Winner is responsible for ensuring that winner and his/her guests have proper citizenship documentation;
● Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
● Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, visas, passports,
drinks, gratuities, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in- room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
● The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
● During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian over the age of 21 must
accompany any person under 18 years of age. The parent or legal guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the vacation. An appointment form

● The winner must contact Disney or its agent in order to book for the prize.
● By accepting the prize, the winner and guests release and discharge the Disney, and its respective
parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion, the prize, or participation in any related activity.
● The prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Disney.
● Disney and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for any aspect of this
Promotion, including its promotion, administration or execution.
Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card:
● The Woolworths Supermarket eGift Cards will be sent to the winner’s email address within 30 days of the notification. Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 is the issuer of the Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card. Woolworths Supermarket eGift Cards have no expiry date and are redeemable in store and online at Woolworths Supermarket stores only. For a list of participating stores and full Gift Card Terms and Conditions visit woolworths.com.au/giftcards. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card will not be awarded as cash. Coles Groceries Digital Gift Card
• The Coles Groceries Gift Card can be used for the purchase of goods and services, excluding alcohol, tobacco, online payment vouchers, Paysafe or other gift cards.
• The Coles Groceries card cannot be redeemed via Coles Online or at Coles Express or Liquorland
• Winners should treat their card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift
cards valid for four (4) years.
Winner notification:
The Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification and sent an email with instructions on how to redeem their gift card.
The Draw Prize winner will be contacted via email and published at www.mmsmarvel.com.au by 26/08/26.
Unclaimed Prizes:
Draw Prize must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEST on 21/09/26. In the event of an unclaimed Draw Prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 22/09/26. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email within seven (7) days and published at www.mmsmarvel.com.au by 29/09/26. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
