WIN AN IN-SEASON DOUBLE PASS TO FRANZ: BECOMING KAFKA

Uncover the man behind the literary giant.

Award-winning director Agnieszka Holland embarks on her most ambitious project to date, a biopic of the iconic 20th-century Czech writer Franz Kafka. Conceived as a mosaic of memory, myth and history, Franz: Becoming Kafka traces the imprint Kafka left on the world — from his birth in 19th-century Prague to his death in post-World War I Vienna.

Rather than a conventional biopic, Holland crafts a richly layered exploration of the man behind the literary giant, illuminating both the fragility and ferocity of a writer whose work continues to define modern alienation.

The film offers audiences a brand-new perspective on the life, imagination and enduring legacy of Franz Kafka, an artist whose work still speaks powerfully to contemporary audiences.

Thanks to Sharmill Films and Seniors Card, five (5) lucky Seniors Card members have the opportunity to win an in-season double pass valued at $50 to Franz: Becoming Kafka, in cinemas 21 May.

For a chance to win this great prize, email seniorscardcomps@sa.gov.au with the correct answer to the question below in the subject line, and your details including your Seniors Card number and postal address in the body of the email.

Question: In which city was Franz Kafka born?

Entries close 10am Friday, 15 May. Winners will be drawn randomly and sent two tickets by post which will need to be shown at the door for entry.
