MAXFINE "WIN YOUR RUG BACK" PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective: 5 May 2026

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 
1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Maxfine Pty Ltd ABN 60665758583 ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over only.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

•        employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of the Promoter;

•        immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of any of the above; and

•        persons living in the same household as any of the above.

The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 9:00PM Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on 5 May 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AWST on 15 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must complete the entry form via the Gleam platform (https://gleam.io) during the Promotion Period and provide all requested information.

Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter or win.

Only one (1) base entry per person is permitted.

 

Bonus Entries

Entrants may receive additional entries by completing optional actions specified within the entry platform, which may include:

•        subscribing to the Promoter's email list;

•        following the Promoter's social media accounts; or

•        engaging with or sharing the Promoter's promotional content.

Where bonus entries are awarded for following a social media account, the entrant must be actively following the relevant account(s) at the time of the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to verify this requirement. Bonus entries that do not meet this condition may be disqualified.

 

General Entry Conditions

Entries must not be automated, generated by script, macro, or any other technical means. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms.
5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a refund of the purchase price of one (1) eligible Maxfind-branded rug up to a maximum value of $299.00 AUD ("Prize").

5a. Additional Winners (Promoter's Discretion)

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct up to two (2) additional draws during the Promotion Period, resulting in a maximum of three (3) winners in total.

Where additional draws are conducted:

    each draw will be conducted on a date determined by the Promoter during the Promotion Period;

    the Promoter will announce any additional draw date(s) on its website and/or entry platform prior to that draw taking place;

    entries remain eligible for all subsequent draws, including the final draw, regardless of whether an earlier draw has been conducted;

    each winner will receive one (1) Prize as described in Section 5; and

    the same winner cannot be selected more than once.

The final draw will take place within 7 days of the close of the Promotion Period as described above. Any additional draws conducted during the Promotion Period do not affect the timing or conduct of the final draw.

 

Prize Conditions

•        The eligible rug must be a Maxfind-branded product available for purchase at Bunnings Warehouse (in-store or online), subject to availability.

•        The winner must purchase the rug and provide valid proof of purchase to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified as winner.

•        Upon verification of the proof of purchase, the Promoter will refund the purchase price of the rug, up to a maximum of $299.00 AUD.

•        If the selected rug is unavailable at the time of purchase, the winner must select an alternative eligible Maxfine rug.

•        Refunds will be processed via electronic bank transfer or another method determined by the Promoter.

•        The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (other than as a refund as described above).

•        The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with accepting the Prize, including but not limited to transport or installation costs.
6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the close of the Promotion Period.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at entry. The Promoter will make three (3) reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, the Prize may be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted to select an alternative winner under the same conditions.

The winner's first name and state or territory of residence may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels. By entering, entrants consent to such publication. Entrants who do not wish to be identified may notify the Promoter in writing prior to the draw and an alternative identifier will be used.
7. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, residency, and compliance with these Terms. The Promoter may request supporting documentation.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information or who the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe has breached these Terms.

The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility and disqualification is final.
