Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand Residents.

An ‘Australian Resident’ means a person who resides in Australia at the start of the Promotional Period and who holds Australian citizenship or holds an Australian permanent residency visa.

A ‘New Zealand Resident’ means a person who resides in New Zealand at the start of the Promotional Period and who holds New Zealand citizenship or holds a New Zealand permanent residency visa.

Entrants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to enter, and the parent or guardian agrees to these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

Visit online and fully complete and submit the online entry form, including providing their First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Postcode and Team of Support.

Entrants may submit one (1) eligible entry per person
Winner Determination:
Draw:
· The draw will take place at National Basketball League Pty Ltd, Level 1, 88 Green Street, Cremorne, VIC, 3121 at 12pm AEST on 15 June 2026 using computerised random selection.
· The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the major prize specified in the Schedule below.
· The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn. Entries in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draws.
· If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoters will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
· The winner's details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published within seven (7) days of the draw.

Prize Conditions:

Notification to the prize winner will be sent via email.
Winner notification timeframe: The prize winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes:
Prize must be claimed by 15 September 2026 at 12pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 16 September 2026 at 12pm AEST at Level 1, 88 Green Street, Cremorne, VIC, 3121, using computerised random selection. The winner/s of the redraw, if any, will be notified by email and their details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published within 14 days of the redraw.

If there are no prize winners or winners for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published online.

Where the original prize cannot be awarded due to timing constraints, the winner will receive an alternative prize of equal value, as determined by the Promoter.

2. If you are an eligible person and satisfy all entry requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions, then subject to these Terms and Conditions, you will be entered into the competition draw to win a prize (Promotion). The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (Promotional Period).


3. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoters and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoters and their agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.


4. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
