Eligible Entrants. The promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Ineligible Entrants. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

The promotion opens at 12:00 am AEST on 13 May 2026,
and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 June 2026.

Any participating stores in Australia which display promotional material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.

Prize conditions
Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.

The sizes and styles of prizes are subject to availability. If a winner’s preferred size or style is not available, they can opt to receive a rebel Gift Card of the same value. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the rebel Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the rebel Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. By accepting the rebel Gift Card, the winner agrees to all applicable terms, conditions, policies, and requirements set forth by the issuer.

How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction;
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the Entry Requirements;

a maximum of one (1) entry, per person, per day is permitted; and an entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Prize.

This Prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Weekly Draws:

Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be entered into the Weekly Draws.
There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each week of the Promotional Period, for a total of seven (7) weekly draws (“Weekly Draws”). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Weekly Draw will open at 12:00am and close at 11:59pm on the dates in the table below.
Each Weekly Draw will take place at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212 at 1:00pm AEST on the dates in the table below using computerised random selection from all valid entries received for the relevant week by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
The first forty-three (43) valid entries drawn from each Weekly Draw will be the winners of the Prizes.
The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries and record them in the order drawn, to be used in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The Promoter will ensure each Weekly Draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness a Weekly Draw on request. The winner of a drawn Prize is determined by chance.
Non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws.

If an ineligible entry is drawn (for example if the entrant is not an Australian resident or is not 18 years and over), the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and use the reserve entries in the order drawn to select a new winner. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.
Winner notification
Winners will be contacted by email using the contact details provided by the entrant at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the relevant Weekly Draw.

Winners’ last name, first initial and postcode will be published at http://v-energy-drink.com/vpersonalisedguernseypromo within seven (7) days of each Weekly Draw.

Following successful contact by the Promoter, winners must confirm their acceptance and preferences for the Prize (including their preferred team, style, size and personalisation), and provide the Promoter with a valid Australian residential delivery address within thirty (30) days of being contacted by the Promoter. Failure to do so will result in their Prize being void and no compensation will be payable.
Unclaimed Prizes
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within thirty (30) days of the relevant Weekly Draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter will deem that winner’s entry invalid and conduct an unclaimed prize draw to select a new winner on the same terms as the original Weekly Draws. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

The unclaimed prize draw (if required) will take place on 7 August 2026 at the same time and place as the original Weekly Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter may also draw reserve entries for the unclaimed prize draw to be used in the event an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the unclaimed draw and must comply with the requirements set out in the Winner Notification. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published at http://v-energy-drink.com/vpersonalisedguernseypromo within seven (7) days of the unclaimed prize draw.

If there are no prize winner(s) or winner(s) for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at http://v-energy-drink.com/vpersonalisedguernseypromo.
