TUMBLE “HOME SETUP UPGRADE” GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Promoter

The promoter is Tumble Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility

    Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
    Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Promotion Period

    The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 8 May 2026
    The promotion closes at 11:59pm AEST on 7 June 2026

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1.     Successfully subscribe to the Promoter’s email and SMS marketing list by submitting a valid email address and phone number via the official entry form;

    Remain an active subscriber (not unsubscribed) at the time of the prize draw.; and
    Follow the instructions provided to access the Gleam entry page.

Additional entries may be earned by completing actions on the Gleam platform, including but not limited to:

    Following the Promoter on Instagram
    Referring friends via a unique referral link
    Visiting designated pages
    Making qualifying purchases

Each action will correspond to a number of additional entries as specified within the campaign.

 

5. Entry Conditions

    Each participant is limited to one initial entry.
    Additional entries are only awarded through completion of valid actions as defined in the campaign.
    Entries are linked to a valid email address and must not be duplicated or manipulated.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

 

6. Prize

The prize consists of:

    One (1) Meraki espresso machine, valued at $3,099.00 AUD
    Twelve (12) months of Tumble Coffee (1kg per month) valued at $1,020.00 AUD (includes shiping).
    Tumble merchandise pack valued at $110.00 AUD

Total prize value is approximate and subject to change.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 

7. Winner Selection

    The winner will be selected at random using the Gleam platform from all valid entries.
    Each entry increases the participant’s chances of winning.
    The draw will take place within 3 days of the promotion closing date.

 

8. Winner Notification

    The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 days of the draw.
    If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

9. Delivery of Prize

    The prize will be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner.
    The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

 

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the promotion.

 

11. Privacy

    Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
    By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
    Participants may opt out at any time.

 

12. General Conditions

    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if necessary.
    The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Any attempt to deliberately damage or interfere with the promotion may result in disqualification.

 

13. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
