TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Information on how to participate in the NESCAFÉ Taste Testers 2026 taste testing program forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This program is conducted by Nestlé Australia Ltd (ABN 77 000 011 316) of Building D, 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138, Australia (Nestlé Australia).
Participation in the program is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who receive an email invitation to participate in the program (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of Nestlé Australia and Nestlé Australia competitors are ineligible to apply.
In these Terms and Conditions, a "Nestlé Australia competitor" is any company that sells or manufactures products in the same industry or product categories as Nestlé Australia or otherwise competes with Nestlé Australia.
Applications open on 12.01am AEST 1st June 2026 and close on 11.59pm AEST 15th June 2026.
Nestlé Australia may, at any time, verify the validity of applications and participants (including a participant's identity, age and residency) and may disqualify any individual who Nestlé Australia has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the application process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which is calculated to or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the program. Failure by Nestlé Australia to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Nestlé Australia's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable applications will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) application is permitted per person.
Eligible Participants can register as a Taste Tester in the NESCAFÉ Taste Testers 2026 Taste Testing Program by completing the application form sent via email during the Application Period. Applicants will be asked to tell us in 25 words or less, why you should be a Taste Tester for NESCAFÉ? (“Competition Question”). Participants will be required to choose their preference of Sample (“Sample Category”) during this time. Nestlé Australia will then select 100 participants (100 per Sample Category) who provided the most creative, suitable and original responses to the Competition Question to receive a Sample in the Taste Tester Promotion. If there are less than 100 appropriate entries per Sample Category, Nestlé Australia reserves the right to distribute remaining Samples among other entrants. The exact product(s) will be determined by Nestlé Australia in its discretion. Judging will take place at the offices of Nestle Australia at 1.00pm AEDT on 16th June 2026. Nestlé Australia's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Participants who have been selected will be notified by email on AEDT on 22nd June 2026 by 5.00pm. Participants will be required to follow instructions (if any) to claim their prize.
Participants will be subsequently provided with one (1) of the following Nestlé Australia sample pack:
The allocation of each Sample Category will be as follows:
Sample A: 100 x NESCAFÉ Gold Signature Roast 100g - $14.50 RRP
Sample B: 100 x NESCAFÉ Short Black 100g - $14.50 RRP
The exact product(s) will be determined by Nestlé Australia in its discretion.
Once participants have received the Nestlé Australia product, participants should then submit a review of the product to Nestlé Australia. Participants must include in their review any specific wording provided by Nestlé Australia to ensure it is clear that their review has resulted from participation in the program. Participants warrant that they will respond honestly in relation to the products they taste test, and any review provided will be a true reflection of the participant's opinion. For the avoidance of doubt, reviews can be positive or negative, and this will not impact a participant's ability to remain part of the program or participate in future programs.
Submitted reviews may be used for the purpose of marketing on the NESCAFÉ website, NESCAFÉ social media or in marketing or promotional material of any kind. Each selected participant consents to the use of their submitted review in this way, in consideration of receipt of the Nestlé Australia product.
Participants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the program including but not limited to comments, recordings and images ("Content"). Nestlé Australia will not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law.
Participants warrant and agree that:

As a condition of participating in this program, each participant licenses and grants Nestlé Australia, its affiliates and sub-licensees a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their Content for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
If this program is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Nestlé Australia, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Nestlé Australia may, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) disqualify any participant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the program, as appropriate.
