Terms and Conditions:
The promoter is Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 005 041 814 of 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong rd Carrum Downs VIC (“Promoter”).
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 10 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 7 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and its related entities, participating stores, and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
Participating Stores
The promotion is conducted at participating Ritchies stores located in NSW, VIC and QLD.
How to Enter
To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase any two (2) Cadbury Family Blocks (150g–190g) in a single transaction from a participating Ritchies store; and
b) Scan the QR code on promotional material and complete the online entry form, including providing all requested details and retaining the purchase receipt.
Each qualifying transaction equals one (1) entry, subject to the entry limits below.
A maximum of two (2) entries per person is permitted for the entire Promotional Period.
Prize Details
The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $3,500 and includes:
Major Prize (1x): Jersey signed by the 2025 Rugby Championship Wallabies Squad, valued at $1,000 AUD
Minor Prizes (5x): Rugby Ball, signed by the 2025 Rugby Championship Wallabies Squad, valued at $500 AUD each
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Draw Details
The draw will take place at Ritchies Head Office, 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs on Friday, 10 July 2026 at 11am.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
Winner Notification and Publication
Winners will be notified by phone within three (3) business days of the draw.
Winners’ names will be published online within three (3) business days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes & Re-Draw
If any prize remains unclaimed by 10 October 2026 (being at least three (3) months after the original draw date), the Promoter may conduct a redraw at the same location at 11am.
Winners of any redraw will be notified by phone and published online within three (3) business days of the redraw.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, residency, and proof of purchase). The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any issues with QR code access or website functionality.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
