The Acacia Tree Give Away – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is The Acacia Tree (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion period

• The promotion starts on 15th July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 6th September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries may be deemed invalid.

4. How to enter

• To enter, participants must complete the entry form above and follow our Instagram or Facebook page during the Promotion Period to be eligble.
• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Acacia Tree. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize details

Store credit voucher up to the value of $4,500 to spend on products at The Acacia Tree.

6. Store credit conditions

• Store credit is valid up to a maximum of $4,500.
• Store credit is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
• Any unused portion of the store credit after the expiry date (if applicable) will be forfeited.

7. Winner selection & notification

• One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be selected and announced on Instagram on the 7th September 12:00pm 2026.
• The Promoter will contact the winner via the email and/or phone number provided on the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. General conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.
• By entering, participants consent to their first and last name being used in winner announcements and promotional materials related to this giveaway.
