The promotion period commences at 20 July 2026 9am AEST and ends at 16 August 11:59pm AEST (Promotional Period) and the Promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval).
Eligible entrants:
To be eligible to enter the promotion the entrant must:
a) Reside in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland or Western Australia.
b) Be 18 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
c) Provide proof of purchase of spend at a participating competition retailer/s, during the promotional period and provide all mandatory entry details.
d) Spend must be above the minimum spend threshold as outline by each centre.

To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) Visit a participating shopping centre and make one (1) or more purchases from participating retailer stores during the Promotional Period that meet or exceed the applicable qualifying minimum spend threshold for that centre (Qualifying Spend), as outlined below: I. II. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each Qualifying Spend.
III. Qualifying Spend may be accumulated across multiple receipts from participating retailers, provided all purchases are made on the same day.
IV. A limit of one (1) receipt submission per retailer store per day applies.
V. Each receipt may only be submitted once and may not be reused for multiple entries.
b) Complete and submit the online entry form during the Promotional Period.
c) Opt in to receive marketing communications from the GPT newsletter database.
d) Retain original purchase receipt(s) and present them to the Promoter upon request for verification purposes.
The following receipts are not accepted as part of the Promotion:
a) receipts from bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, ATM or bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills), cash advances/withdrawals, account charges, government fees and interest charges;
b) receipts from tobacco, prescriptions, lotto, currency exchange and TAB; and
c) receipts from travel purchases over $5,000, lottery transaction receipts, medical service expenses, lottery transactions, business purchases over $5,000 and lay-by payments, except for the total amount (upon completion).
No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
If a phone call, SMS or MMS is required, it will be charged at the prevailing rate of service.
Entries permitted:
You can enter the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period. Each entry must be submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Multiple eligible entries per person are accepted during the Promotion Period. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry for every qualifying minimum spend. Each entry must be submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. For the sake of clarity, a person may complete the entry form multiple times for Participating Centre only in their State/ Territory of residence.

The draw will be held at 10:00am AEST, Monday 17 August at the office of Compco Digital, 1100 Grassy Gully Road, Buangla NSW 2540.

Winning entries will not be re-included in any later part of this prize draw.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

Prize Conditions
Prizing will comprise a $20,000 (AUD) cash prize allocated to the winning entry/entrant. The cash prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner. The winner must provide accurate and complete banking details, including the account name, BSB, and account number, within the timeframe requested by the Promoter.
The winner must, upon request by the Promoter, provide valid photographic identification and any other information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility to claim the prize.
Once the winner's identity has been successfully verified, the winner's details will be provided to Compco for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
The winner must provide Compco with the details of an Australian bank account held in the winner's name for the purpose of receiving the prize payment.
Compco will arrange payment of the cash prize of AUD $20,000 by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Australian bank account nominated by the winner.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that all banking details provided are accurate and complete. Neither the Promoter nor Compco accepts any responsibility for any delay, failed transaction, loss or inability to deliver the prize resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated banking information supplied by the winner. Where the prize funds have been transferred to the bank account details provided by the winner, the Promoter and Compco will be deemed to have fulfilled their obligations in relation to the prize and will not be liable for recovering or reissuing the funds.
If the winner fails to provide the requested bank account details within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to deem the prize forfeited and select an alternate winner, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
Compco Prize Conditions:
Prize Acceptance and Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of any entrant or winner, including by requesting proof of identity, age and residency. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Provision of Banking Details
Where a prize is awarded as a cash payment, the winner must provide valid Australian bank account details in the name of the verified winner. The Promoter may require the winner to complete a Prize Acceptance Form before payment is processed.
Incorrect Banking Information
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay, loss or misdirection of prize funds resulting from incorrect or incomplete banking information supplied by a winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring all banking details provided are accurate and complete.
Prize Payment
Cash prizes will be transferred electronically to the winner's nominated bank account within the timeframe specified by the Promoter following completion of all verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agencies exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Proof of purchase
You must keep your original itemised purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries.
If you cannot produce Proof of Purchase, the Promoter has the right to disqualify all your entries and a redraw will be conducted.
Your purchase receipt/s must clearly identify where the Qualifying Spend was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise the Qualifying Spend) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period before you submitted your entry).
If you have shared any proof of purchase with another person which is a requirement for entry, then your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Prize Draws:
The Prize Draw will be conducted at 10:00am AEST, Monday 17 August at the office of Compco Digital, 1100 Grassy Gully Road, Buangla NSW 2540.
The first (1st) valid entry drawn will win the prize as described above. The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about the results of the draw. This is a game of chance and the winner is determined by chance.
Notification of winners:
Winner of the major prize draw will be published on participating centres social media channels and websites via first initial and surname.
The major prize draw winner will also be contacted by phone and email for notification of prize.

Prize Claim Date:
Prize must be claimed by 5pm AEST on 16 September 2026.
Unclaimed Prizes:
If a winner does not respond within 1 month of being notified that they have won the promotion, if the winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter, or the winner is not readily identified, and reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to contact or identify the winner which were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10:00am AEST, 17 September at the office of Compco Digital, 1100 Grassy Gully Road, Buangla NSW 2540.
The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize.
The winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email and telephone by 17 September 2026.
