WIN A LUXURY ESCAPE | BARNBOUGLE

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is APG & Co Pty Limited trading as Sportscraft, ABN 36 155 404 826 of Level 5, 1 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot, NSW 2020 (“Promoter”).

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition commences at [12:00am AEST] on Wednesday 23 September 2026 and closes at [11:59pm AEDT] on Wednesday 7 October 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, Barnbougle, Webjet and their immediate families, as well as agencies and suppliers directly associated with this competition, are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period: 1. Visit the competition landing page at https://my.sportscraft.com.au/event/barnougle-golf-getaway and  2. Complete and submit the online entry form with all requested details. Only one standard entry per person is permitted.

5. BONUS ENTRY

Eligible entrants can receive one (1) additional entry by following both @sportscraft and @barnbougle on Instagram during the Competition Period.

Entrants must continue to follow both accounts until the prize draw has taken place so the bonus entry can be verified.

A maximum of two (2) entries per person is permitted: one standard entry and one bonus entry.

6. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize to be won, with a total prize value of approximately AUD $3,716, comprising:

• Two (2) nights’ twin-share accommodation at Lost Farm Lodge for two (2) people;

• One (1) round of golf per person at Barnbougle Dunes;

• One (1) round of golf per person at Barnbougle Lost Farm;

• One (1) round of golf per person at Bougle Run;

• Daily breakfast for two (2) people during the two-night stay;

• One (1) Sportscraft gift card valued at AUD $1,000; and

• [One (1) Webjet voucher / contribution towards Webjet flights] valued at AUD $1,000.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Barnbougle stay and golf components are subject to availability, booking conditions and any applicable blackout dates. Travel must be completed by 31st December 2027.

The winner and their guest are responsible for all other costs associated with accepting and using the prize that are not expressly included, including transfers, additional meals and beverages, travel insurance, golf equipment hire, additional baggage, spending money and incidental expenses.

The Sportscraft gift card is subject to Sportscraft's standard gift card terms and conditions.

The Webjet component is subject to Webjet's applicable voucher/booking terms and conditions.

The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

8. PRIZE DRAW

The winner will be selected by random draw at 10am on Thursday 8 October 2026 at Level 5, 1 Chalmers Crescent Mascot NSW.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be deemed the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided with their entry within two business days of the draw. The winner must claim the prize by Wednesday 14 October 2026.

10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

If the prize remains unclaimed by the specified deadline, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10sm on Thursday 15 October 2026 at Level 5, 1 Chalmers Crescent Mascot NSW, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

11. VERIFICATION

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including eligibility and completion of the bonus-entry requirements.

Incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be deemed ineligible.

12. GENERAL

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason beyond its reasonable control. If the competition cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Barnbougle and Webjet will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the competition, including contacting and verifying the winner.

Where an entrant provides consent to receive marketing communications, their personal information may also be used and shared with Sportscraft and Barnbougle for marketing and promotional purposes, including to send news, offers, promotions and other communications. Personal information provided to Barnbougle will be handled in accordance with Barnbougle's Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe function provided in the relevant communication.

This competition is subject to all applicable State and Territory laws. Authorised under permit numbers ACT: TP 26/02050
