1. Promoter
The promoter is Kiss Active Pty Ltd trading as SISKA, ABN 91 664 179 131, of 2/6 Fortitude Crescent, Burleigh Heads, Queensland 4220 (“Promoter” or “SISKA”).

Information about how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Win the Ultimate Girls Trip to Bali promotion (“Promotion”), each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 28 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
The Promoter’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter.
Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
“Immediate family” includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, step-parent, stepchild or stepsibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
Entrants must be eligible to travel internationally and must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid passport and any visa or other documentation required to enter Indonesia.
5. How to Enter
Entry is free. No purchase is required.
To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a. visit
www.shopsiska.com/pages/giveaway; and
b. complete and submit the online entry form with their first name, last name, valid email address and valid Australian mobile telephone number.
After submitting a valid entry, the entrant will be sent a unique competition code to the email address provided.
Entrants are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information and checking their inbox, spam and junk folders for their competition code.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
Duplicate entries submitted using different email addresses, telephone numbers, names or other details may be declared invalid.
Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, generated using a bot or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries or competition codes that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or not received due to technical issues or incorrect information supplied by an entrant.
6. Prize Draw
This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
One provisional winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The electronic random draw will take place at 6:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at SISKA Head Office, 2/6 Fortitude Crescent, Burleigh Heads, Queensland 4220.
The draw will be conducted using an online random prize-draw tool. The first valid entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter will keep an appropriate record of the draw and its result.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
7. Competition Code and Winner Reveal
From 7:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, entrants may visit
www.shopsiska.com and enter their unique competition code into the competition pop-up form.
After entering their code, entrants will be shown a message confirming whether their code belongs to the provisionally selected winner.
The code-entry feature is a method of revealing the result of the random draw. It is not a separate draw or an instant-win competition and does not change the result determined at 6:59pm AEST.
The provisional winner will also be contacted using the email address and telephone number supplied with their entry.
If the provisional winner does not enter their code within 24 hours after the code-entry form becomes available, the SISKA team will attempt to contact them by telephone and email.
The provisional winner must respond to the Promoter, provide any requested eligibility verification and formally claim the prize by 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
The winner may be required to provide proof of their age, identity, Australian residential address and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before the prize is awarded.
Once verified, the winner’s name and state or territory of residence will be published on the SISKA website at
www.shopsiska.com and on the official SISKA Instagram page.
8. Prize
The verified winner will receive one Ultimate Girls Trip to Bali prize for the winner and one guest, with a total maximum retail value of AUD $5,000.
The prize consists of:
a. one Flightgift voucher valued at AUD $1,500;
b. one Hotels.com gift card valued at AUD $3,000; and
c. a SISKA activewear wardrobe valued at AUD $500.

The prize is intended to contribute towards return flights to Bali for the winner and one guest and five nights’ accommodation for two people at W Bali – Seminyak.
The winner is responsible for redeeming the Flightgift voucher and making their own flight bookings through the Flightgift website in accordance with Flightgift’s redemption instructions and terms and conditions.
The winner is responsible for redeeming the Hotels.com gift card and making their own accommodation booking for W Bali – Seminyak through the applicable Hotels.com website, in accordance with the gift card’s redemption instructions and Hotels.com’s terms and conditions.
SISKA does not guarantee that the stated voucher amounts will cover the full cost of return flights for two people or five nights’ accommodation at W Bali – Seminyak on every possible travel date.
Flight and accommodation prices may vary depending on travel dates, departure location, availability, seasonal pricing, taxes, booking fees and other factors outside the Promoter’s control.
If the flights or five-night accommodation selected by the winner cost more than the relevant voucher value, the winner must either:
a. select alternative travel dates, flights or an eligible room option;
b. shorten or otherwise modify the proposed booking; or
c. personally pay the difference and any associated fees.
If the selected flights or accommodation cost less than the value of the applicable voucher, any remaining balance will be governed by the relevant voucher provider’s terms and conditions. No unused balance will be paid to the winner by SISKA.
The winner is responsible for confirming that W Bali – Seminyak is available and eligible to be booked through Hotels.com before finalising their travel arrangements.
SISKA is not responsible if W Bali – Seminyak is unavailable, excluded from gift card redemption, removed from Hotels.com, or cannot be booked for the winner’s preferred dates.
If W Bali – Seminyak cannot be booked through Hotels.com, the winner may use the Hotels.com gift card towards another eligible accommodation booking available under the provider’s terms and conditions.
