Radio is changing, and while DAB may have signalled the improvement of broadcast radio, online music is where it’s at. You won’t find talkback here, rather a music station that you define, tweaking it with thumbs up and thumbs down to music you like and hate.
Pandora was one of the first services to sit in this arena, and while you can experience it on a mobile phone or tablet, you can also take it home, with the service working on sound systems as well.
One of these is the Sonos Play:1, and the nice people at Pandora have given us one of these to give away as well as the Sonos Bridge and a month-long subscription to the Pandora One ad-free service, making the main prize valued at just under $400.
We also have ten runner-up prizes to give away, letting people try Pandora for a month ad-free, and entering is a cinch.

Eligible participants are required to provide their name, email address, answer, and post code to complete their entry. 2. You can enter this competition as many times as you like, even on the one email address. 3. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia, but to be eligible to win the prize the email address you submit with your entry must be actively subscribed to the GadgetGuy or Press Play newsletter at the time of the prize judging. 4. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners. 6. Judging for the competition will take place on January 23, 2015 (23/01/15) at Gadget Group, 120 Cathedral St, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011. 7. The promoter will not be held responsible for any late, lost or misdirected mail. 8. No employees, relatives or associates of LG Electronics Australia or Gadget Group Pty Ltd can enter the competition. 9. The winners shall be notified by email. 10. Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars. 11.
