Entrants and their companion must be at least 13 years of age and if under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the Prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the Prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion (or the parent/legal guardian of the winner or their companion where the winner or their companion is under 18 years of age) must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
To be eligible for the Prize, entrants and their companion must be able to travel to Hamilton Island, QLD for up to two (2) nights between Tuesday
1st December 2015 and Saturday 5th December 2015, as specified by the Promoter.
Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
The Prize winner (or their parent/legal guardian where the winner is under 18 years of age) will be required to provide a nominated valid Australian bank account as requested by the Promoter.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible to win the Prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number either live on air or in a pre-recorded segment that may be broadcast on air at a later time.
In order to be eligible to win the Prize, entrants must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter on their Personal Contact Number between 7pm AEDT and 10pm AEDT on Friday 20th November 2015 as applicable, and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method and Daily Draw details, to be eligible to be awarded the Prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that Entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air or in a pre-recorded on air segment.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that the phone goes to a message bank, that entrant will not be eligible to win the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion).
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on air or in a pre-recorded segment that may be broadcast on air at a later time.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast either live on air or in a pre-recorded segment that may be broadcast on air at a later time. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible to win the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion).
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

The promotion begins at 5pm AEDT on Monday 2nd November 2015.

Listen for Smallzy’s Top 9 @ 9 and Online Entry

a) Each weeknight during the Promotion Period, between Monday 2nd November 2015 and Thursday 19th November 2015, between 7pm (local time) and 10pm (local time), the Promoter will play the top nine (9) songs of the night on the Station during Smallzy’s Surgery (the Top 9 @ 9).
b) Entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by:
i) providing their full name, age, Personal Contact Number, current and valid email address and Relevant State;
ii) stating the most recently broadcast Top 9 @ 9 (by listing each of the nine (9) songs included in the most recently broadcast Top 9 @ 9, including song title and artist name in the correct order); and
iii) answering in 25 words or less the following question: “Why do you want to meet Taylor Swift?” (Answer).
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below.
Appear On Air
At various times each weekday during the Promotion Period, between Monday 2nd November 2015 and Thursday 19th November 2015, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may:
(a) contact up to thirty (30) entrants deemed to have submitted the “best” Answers in their Online Entry up until that stage during the Promotion Period (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by telephone on their Personal Contact Number; and
(b) invite the entrant/s to appear on air (or to appear in a pre- recorded segment that may be broadcast on air at a later time) to discuss their Answer.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they will be invited to appear on air (or to appear in a pre-recorded segment that may be broadcast on air at a alter time), and they may not receive a call from the Promoter on Friday 20th November 2015, or be deemed the winner or awarded the Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, an entrant does not need to be contacted by the Promoter between Monday 2nd November 2015 and Thursday 19th November 2015, and does not need to have appeared on air (or appeared in a pre-recorded segment that may be broadcast on air at a later time) previously during the Promotion Period in order to be deemed the Prize winner on Friday 20th November 2015.
Prize Judging:
On Friday 20th November 2015, between 2pm AEDT and 5pm AEDT, the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrant/s judged to have submitted the “best” Answer in their Online Entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrant/s (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone to discuss their Answer and assess their suitability for radio (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
(c) inform up to ten (10) of the “best” Selected Entrant/s (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) that they are on the standby list and may receive a call from the Promoter between 7pm AEDT and 10pm AEDT that night.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant, and they may not receive a call from the Promoter between 7pm AEDT and 10pm AEDT on Friday 20th November 2015, or be deemed the winner or awarded the Prize.
On Friday 20th November 2015, between 7pm AEDT and 10pm AEDT the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
select the one (1) Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the “best” Answer in their Online Entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all Selected Entrants;
contact the Selected Entrant by telephone (on their Personal Contact Number) live on air;
the Selected Entrant must answer their telephone within five (5) rings or before the telephone goes to voice message (whichever is sooner);
if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their telephone in accordance with clause (c) above (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed the winner and awarded the Prize;
if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their telephone in accordance with clause (c) above, is unable to be contacted, is inaudible for any reason, their phone drops out, or if their phone is turned off or engaged, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, contact the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the next “best” Answer in their Online Entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) via telephone (on their Personal Contact Number). This process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their telephone in accordance with clause (c) above and is deemed the Prize winner.

 Responsible service of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.
 The winner and their companion (or the winner or their companion’s parent/legal guardian where the winner or their companion is under 18 years of age) may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the Prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the Prize winner forfeiting their Prize.
 All components of the Prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
 Redeeming the Prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the Prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
 All travel must be taken between Tuesday 1st December 2015 and Saturday 5th December 2015 and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
 The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
 Spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
 It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
 Once booked the Prize cannot be amended or altered.
 The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
