Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for a Minor Prize or the Major Prize (if applicable).
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Major Prize between Saturday 27 August 2016 and Monday 29 August 2016 as advised by the Promoter (Travel Dates).
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a winner.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address and answering in 25 words or less the question “Why you or someone you know deserves a Stellar Sunday” (Answer).
Each valid entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.

Minor Prize
Each weekday from Monday 22 August 2016 to Thursday 25 August 2016 after 3pm (AEST) the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to four (4) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries from all the valid entries submitted up until 3pm (AEST) that weekday based on the Judging Criteria (each, a Minor Prize Selected Entrant) and;
b) contact the Minor Prize Selected Entrants on their Personal Contact Number and award them a minor prize
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Minor Prize Selected Entrant/ Finalist, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be awarded a Minor Prize.
Major Prize
On Thursday 25 August 2016, between 6am and 9am (AEST) the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) Select one (1) entrant judged to have submitted the ‘best’ Answers in the Online Entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Online Entries submitted by 3pm (AEST) that weekday during the entire Promotion Period (each, a Major Prize Selected Entrant);
a) MajorPrizeFinalistwillbecontactedandifsuccessfullymeets the criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed the Major Prize winner and will be awarded the Major Prize, in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Major Selected Entrant/Finalist, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be awarded the Major Prize.
 
 
One (1) entry per person, during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one (1) Minor Prize and one (1) Major Prize each.
 
 
All valid entries submitted by 3pm each weekday during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter.
Major Prize:
All valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Thursday 25 August, 2016.
All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
 
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on creativity, emotion and suitability for radio.
 
Minor Prizes:
There are up to four (4) Minor Prizes to be won, as follows: a) One (1) AUD $1,000 MYER gift voucher
Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
Major Prize:
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, as follows:
The Major Prize winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and one (1) adult companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the Major Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) valued at up to AU$14,000 (incl GST). For the avoidance of doubt, any costs associated with taking any additional companions will be the winner’s sole responsibility.
The Major Prize comprises of the following components:
a) Two (2) return adult economy airfares for the Major Prize winner and their companion from Brisbane to Sydney, Australia during the travel Dates (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
b) Full Day inclusive Sydney transfers for the Major Prize winner and their companion;

d) Up to one (1) nights’ minimum three (3) star accommodation (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in a twin room in Sydney, Australia to be shared by the Major Prize winner and their companion
e) One (1) return helicopter flight from Sydney to the Blue Mountains for the Major Prize winner and their companion;
f) Two (2) breakfast banquet experiences (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) for the Major Prize winner and their companion;
g) Two (2) Gourmet lunch and live entertainment yacht experience in Sydney for the Major Prize winner and their companion;
h) Two (2) invitations to a sunset cocktail party with gourmet canapés, drinks and mini meals for the Major Prize winner and their companion;
i) One (1) AUD $5,000 MYER gift voucher for the Major Prize winner
One (1) AUD $1,000 MYER gift voucher for the Major Prize winner’s companion.
Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
a) The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
b) All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
c) Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
d) All travel must be taken during the Travel Dates and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
e) The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
f) spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion (if any) as incurred.
g) It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
h) Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered.
i) The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the prize.
