Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Individuals must have a Facebook account in order to access the Promotional Page.
Entrants between the ages of 13 and up to but not including 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

Promotion will commence at 6:00am Western Standard Time (“WST”) on 26/09/2016 and end at 11:59pm WST on 30/09/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
visit the Steel Blue Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/steelblueboots (“Promotional Page”);
follow the prompts to access the promotion entry page;
input the requested details (including their full name and a valid email address); and
submit the fully completed entry form so it is received by 11:59pm WST on 10/05/2013.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
There will be a draw conducted for each weekday of the Promotional Period, for a total of 5 draws (“Weekday Prize Draw”). Entries into each Weekday Prize Draw will open at 12:00am WST and close at 11:59pm WST on the same day for the duration of the Promotional Period, with the exception of: (i) the first Weekday Prize Draw where entries will open at 6:00am WST and close at 11:59pm WST on the same day; and (ii) Weekday Prize Draws taking place on a Monday, where entries open for the draw at 12.00am WST on the first Friday immediately prior to the draw and close at 11.59pm WST on the first Sunday immediately prior to the draw. Each draw will take place the first business day after the day entries close for the relevant draw at Steel Blue, 18 Irvine Drive, Malaga, WA 6090 at 12:00noon WST, with the first Weekday Prize Draw taking place on 27/09/2016 and the last Weekday Prize Draw taking place on 03/10/2016. For the sake of clarity, all Weekday Prize Draws falling on a weekend or a public holiday in Western Australia, will take place the next business day. Entries in each Weekday Prize Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Weekday Prize Draws.
Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn in each Weekday Prize Draw will each a pair of Southern Cross boots in blue (322360), valued at up to $200 (RRP). Winners will be able to nominate the size of the boots they wish to receive at the time of prize notification, subject to availability.
If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $1,000.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 09/01/2017 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
